Join now >The Jaguars waived wide receiver Jaelen Strong.
With the team activating rookie receiver Dede Westbrook to the 53-man roster after he missed the first ten weeks of the season while on Injured Reserve, they have parted ways with Strong. The 2015 third-round pick of the Texans has talented and will get another opportunity at some point, but it might not happen this season.

Dede Westbrook will make his NFL debut this Sunday.
The talented rookie receiver from Oklahoma was on Injured Reserve because of a core muscle injury, but he’s set to play in his first regular season game in Jacksonville’s Week 11 matchup against Cleveland. Westbrook is extremely confident he’ll make an immediate impact, as he said on SportsRadio930 (via ESPN’s Michael DiRocco) that his “expectation is a 200-yard receiving game.” Considering Westbrook was a big-play Heisman finalist in college and led the NFL in receiving yards during the preseason, it wouldn’t be all that surprising to see him do it—but that doesn’t mean you should insert him into your fantasy lineup and expect it. For now, Westbrook is just an exciting bench stash that could be a real difference-maker over the final seven weeks of the season—and potentially in the fantasy playoffs.

The Ravens officially activated Danny Woodhead to the 53-man roster.
The team said a decision would be made over the weekend regarding Woodhead’s status for Sunday, and it certainly looks like he’ll be out there for the first time since Week 1. While Javorius Allen has filled in admirably as receiver out of the backfield in Woodhead’s absence, we would expect Woodhead to step right in as the primary guy on passing downs. He’s worth a pickup in all leagues, especially PPR, but there’s real risk in playing him his first game back tomorrow.

Zay Jones (ankle) is a full participant in practice.
Barring a setback, the rookie receiver will return after missing Week 10 because of the ankle injury he suffered in a November 2nd Thursday night loss to the Jets. It’s possible rookie quarterback Nathan Peterman getting inserted in the lineup will help Jones if he has great chemistry with Peterman, but he’s not a recommended fantasy play right now.

Eddie Lacy (groin) was upgraded to a full participant in today’s practice.
After being limited yesterday, Lacy appears to be 100% and ready to go for Monday night against the Falcons. His presence complicates the backfield a bit, as it’ll likely be a timeshare between he and Eddie Lacy once again. They’ll both be low-floor and low-upside FLEX options, with Rawls being the preferred option after Lacy missed last week’s game.
11/17/17 - 11:37 PM ET
Leonard Fournette (ankle) was limited in practice today.
A limited participation suggests Fournette’s ankle issue isn’t that big of a deal, but it’s possible this is the ankle that forced him to miss Week 7 against the Colts. He should be fine, but we’ll update you on his Thursday practice status when it’s revealed tomorrow.

Philip Rivers will play Sunday against the Bills.
The team just announced Rivers was cleared by an independent neurologist, so he’s fully passed concussion protocol and will be out there with his team in a big AFC matchup with Buffalo. Though the Chargers are only 3-6 this season, Buffalo is only two games ahead of them for the final wild card spot in the AFC, so basically if they win the game it’ll suddenly put them in a good position for the playoffs. Rivers’ presence obviously increases their chances a lot, and he’s a big boost to the skill players in the offense overall. Rivers is out 15th ranked quarterback this week.
