Williams started the game for the Dolphins, and he carried nine times for 19 yards while adding two receptions for 20 yards. It’s been about a 50/50 split in the backfield for the Dolphins since trading Jay Ajayi, but Kenyan Drake broke a 66-yard touchdown in the game and might get a better share moving forward. Consider Williams a FLEX option in PPR leagues only for Week 11 against Tampa Bay.

James Conner gets five carries in Week 11.
Conner gave starter Le’Veon Bell some snaps off in the Thursday night victory over Tennessee, and he gained 12 yards on his five attempts. For fantasy purposes, Conner remains only a handcuff to the All-Pro Bell for now.

Kenyan Drake breaks long touchdown in Week 10 loss.
Drake carried seven times for 82 yards and a touchdown while adding two receptions for ten yards versus Carolina. His score came in the third quarter on a 66-yard run where he showed his great breakaway speed after the Dolphins blocked a blitz well, allowing Drake to get to the second level of the defense and basically just zoom to the end zone. While Damien Williams (nine carries for 19 yards) received more carries, Drake will likely get the better share of the workload in Week 11 against the Bucs.

Le’Veon Bell gets 21 touches against the Titans.
The Steelers didn’t want to give Bell too heavy of a workload on a short week, but he still handled a solid 21 touches in the Thursday night win, carrying 12 times for 46 yards while also catching nine passes for 57 yards. It looked like Bell got into the end zone on a rush in the second half, but he was down literally just before the goal line and had it overturned—then the Steelers had a great call on a play-action fake and Ben Roethlisberger tossed a touchdown to a wide-open Jesse James. While fantasy owners were probably angry when that happened, it was still another fine game for Bell.

Dolphins lose to the Panthers and drop below .500.
Miami was in it for the entire first half, but a Jay Cutler interception with under two minutes to go in the first half set Carolina up for a touchdown to go up by ten entering halftime. It wasn’t a good decision, but Panthers superstar linebacker Luke Kuechly had great coverage and made a nice play to pick the pass off—something that most linebackers in the NFL wouldn’t be able to do. Overall, Cutler was 22/37 for 213 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, with one touchdown going to Julius Thomas on a shuffle pass and the other going to Jarvis Landry after a scramble to buy time by Cutler. With a matchup against a Bucs defense that’s struggled at times this season, Cutler is in the streaming conversation for Week 11—though he does have a low floor while playing in an offense that’s been shutout twice this year.

Ben Roethlisberger tosses four touchdowns as Steelers improve to 8-2.
This was Big Ben’s best game of the season, as he was in complete command in Heinz Field, going 30/45 for 299 yards and four touchdowns while also adding a ten-yard rush. The first touchdown was to Antonio Brown on a free play where he drew the Titans offsides and took a shot to the end zone. The second was to Brown on a slant route. The third was on a play-action fake at the goal line that left tight end Jesse James wide open. And the final one was on a spectacular helmet-catch by Brown on a slot fade. Those that played Roethlisberger in this home matchup despite his lack of fantasy success this season certainly had it pay off. He’ll remain home and face the Packers in another primetime matchup on Sunday night in Week 12.

Curtis Samuel leaves game with apparent left ankle injury.
Samuel had his ankle rolled over in the third quarter after he had a drop in the end zone, and it looked pretty bad— he was helped straight to the locker room without putting any pressure on the ankle. The rookie receiver was having a very good game before leaving—probably his best of the season—as he caught five passes for 45 yards. This looks like it might knock Samuel out for more than the rest of this game, but we should get more information within the next day or two.
