The Saints signed running back Jonathan Williams.

Williams was a surprise cut by the Bills after the preseason, and the Broncos brought him onto their practice squad; but now the Saints are bringing him on their active roster. Williams will fill in behind Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara in New Orleans’ backfield, but he won’t be fantasy option if they remain healthy.

Mike Tolbert (hamstring) is out for Week 11.

Tolbert didn’t practice all week and won’t be the usual backup behind LeSean McCoy this Sunday. The recently-signed Travaris Cadet will now be the primary backup, but it’s probably going to be a ton of McCoy against the Chargers. Consider Tolbert questionable for Week 12.

Brenton Bersin catches one pass against the Dolphins.

Bersin took immediate advantage when he was put in on offense, snatching a slant route on a bullet from Cam Newton for a 12-yard gain. Bersin has stuck around with the Panthers for the last four seasons and remains ready to contribute on offense if necessary, but he’s more of a core special teams contributor for now and not a fantasy option.

Report emerges about alleged groping by Jameis Winston in 2016.

BuzzFeed is reporting the NFL is investigating the Buccaneers quarterback for his conduct toward an Uber driver last year, and you can read the story linked below for more details. Winston has come out with a statement denying the allegations, and the Buccaneers came out with a statement in support of the NFL’s investigation. It’s worth noting that BuzzFeed might not be the most reputable news source out there, but these allegations are still to be taken very seriously—and Winston has certainly had his share of terrible decisions, particularly during his time at Florida State. Discipline from the league is a very real possibility here.

Kaelin Clay catches one pass in Week 10.

Clay’s one reception went for five yards, and his role isn’t big enough to be a recommended fantasy option at the moment. The third-year receiver is just a dynasty league option for now.

Alshon Jeffery (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 11.

The ankle issue is something Eagles head coach Doug Pederson says Jeffery has been dealing with for a while now, but Pederson is “optimistic” Jeffery will be out there on Sunday night abasing the Cowboys. Jeffery himself said yesterday that he’ll play, so you should feel pretty good about his status for the game. However, with the game being on Sunday night, you’ll need to make sure you have someone else ready to insert into your lineup in case Jeffery is inactive. And it’s worth noting tight end Zach Ertz was expected to play in Week 9 against the Broncos, but he was ruled out despite the optimism surrounding his status.

Ed Dickson scores in Week 10.

Dickson made an excellent catch on a high pass in the end zone for a touchdown, and overall he had three receptions (on five targets) for 33 yards and the touchdown. Greg Olsen (foot) is fully expected to be back in Week 12 after the team’s bye week, but Dickson did a good job of stepping up in Olsen’s absence. Dickson will take a step back in terms of his pass-catching role, but he’ll certainly remain a contributor to a team competing in the NFC.
