Perkins doesn’t look like he’s going to play on Sunday, but maybe he’ll get out there for practice tomorrow and push to play. He is pretty much off the fantasy radar now anyway after the emergence of rookie Wayne Gallman.

Bilal Powell (calf) did not practice today.
Powell isn’t off to a good start for the week, but there’s still time for him to practice and get ready to play before Sunday. For now, Powell should be considered less-than questionable, though. And keep in mind Matt Forte (knee/toe) practiced on a limited basis and looks like he could be back this week after missing a couple games.
10/11/17 - 05:09 PM ET
Matt Forte handles 17 touches in his return to the lineup.
Forte rushed nine times for just 22 yards, but he was able to haul in eight receptions for 59 yards in the 24-17 loss to New England. The veteran looked healthy as he split time with Elijah McGuire, and Bilal Powell (calf) being out allowed him to dominate work as a receiver out of the backfield. Once Powell returns, it will be a risky situation to predict, but Forte is worth a look in Week 7 against Miami, particularly in PPR leagues.

Eric Ebron catches one pass for nine yards against New Orleans.
The former first-round pick doesn’t appear to be a big part of the offense, as he hasn’t had more than two catches in a game except for Week 2 against the Giants. Ebron does not need to be on fantasy rosters anymore.

Sterling Shepard (ankle) did not practice today.
Shepard also did not practice yesterday, and he’s looking less than 50/50 for Sunday versus Denver. It’s only considered a mild ankle sprain for Shepard, though, so we’ll see if he can practice in the team’s final practice of the week tomorrow.
10/12/17 - 02:48 PM ET
Matt Forte (knee/toe) was a limited participant in practice today.
It’s only Wednesday, so it looks like Forte has a good chance of returning this weekend after missing a couple games. Forte’s return would complicate the running back situation, though Bilal Powell (calf) is now dealing with an injury.

Tom Brady throws two scores as the Patriots beat the Jets.
New England, who fell behind 14-0 to the Jets, is back atop the AFC East after the win. Brady was 20/38 for 257 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the game. Both touchdowns were to All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski, with one coming on a pass to the flat at the goal line and the other coming on a 30-yard laser right into Gronk’s arms over the middle as he ran through the defense to the end zone. The interception came on a deep ball to Phillip Dorsett, who might’ve been interfered with but two defenders were in the area. It was great to see Brady, who as usual did a good job of navigating the pocket, didn’t take any sacks while dealing with the sprained AC joint in his left shoulder. With a Super Bowl rematch against the Falcons in Foxborough next Sunday night, Brady will again be the top quarterback option in a potential shootout.
