Seth DeValve | Panthers TE

Seth DeValve scores in loss to the Texans.

DeValve caught two passes for nine yards, including a three-yard score in the fourth quarter. Splitting time with David Njoku, DeValve is only an unreliable fantasy option in good matchups.

Odell Beckham Jr. | Free Agent WR

Odell Beckham Jr. is getting surgery.

The Giants announced OBJ is getting surgery sometime this week on his fractured ankle, though the date is not set. Giants head coach Ben McAdoo said it’s “fair to say” Beckham will miss the rest of the season with this injury. You should wait until it’s official, but it’ll probably be safe to drop Beckham from your fantasy team. OBJ is entering the final year of his contract in 2018, so this injury really complicates things for him—especially because he said he wants to be the highest-paid player in the league. It’s still early, but a long holdout could be coming next summer, as Beckham might not want to go back on the field without a new deal.

Mike Wallace | Free Agent WR

Mike Wallace caught three passes for 30 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Bears.

Wallace was the team’s top receiver with Jeremy Maclin out, but despite Joe Flacco throwing it 41 times, he couldn’t do much in a struggling offense. The deep threat has had more quiet games than strong ones in 2017, and he needs to stay out of lineups against Minnesota in Week 7.

Tyreek Hill | Dolphins WR

Tyreek Hill returns punt for a touchdown in Chiefs’ win over the Texans.

Hill caught four of six targets for 68 yards, including a long of 38 yards on a great catch down the sideline where he tapped both feet in. The electric second-year playmaker also took a punt 82 yards to the house late in the game, giving those that played both Kansas City’s D/ST and Hill a huge boost. Hill gets the Steelers next week and remains a good option in fantasy lineups.

10/9/17 - 03:01 PM ET

Javorius Allen | Giants RB

Javorius Allen rushed 10 times for 49 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Bears.

He also caught three passes for 17 yards. Allen was out-touched by Alex Collins 15 to 13, but he remains the better option in PPR leagues because of his ability as a receiver. Standard leagues are better off with Collins, but Allen is worth rostering, too. They’ll work in tandem again next Sunday against Minnesota, and hopefully the Ravens commit more to the run.

Tyler Boyd | Free Agent WR

Bengals WR Tyler Boyd (knee) is out a few weeks.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Boyd has a sprained MCL. If rookie receiver John Ross (knee) gets healthy soon, he’d probably step right in for a good amount of snaps. Alex Erickson should also get more snaps, but he’s not a recommended pickup yet.

Pierre Garcon | Free Agent WR

Pierre Garcon gets 12 targets in Week 6.

Garcon caught five passes for 55 yards against the Redskins, including another spectacular sideline catch of a tipped ball. The veteran receiver has a new quarterback, with rookie C.J. Beathard taking over for Brian Hoyer, but he should still be a target monster and a solid weekly fantasy option. He should be in lineups almost every week in PPR leagues.
