Jay Ajayi | Free Agent RB

Jay Ajayi plays great in Week 6.

After being held under 100 yards in each of the last three games, Ajayi broke back out with a 26-carry, 130-yard game against the Falcons. Throughout the afternoon, the Dolphins bruiser broke off chunk plays and broke tackles, and he averaged 5.0 yards per carry in the win. The only thing missing on the day was a score, which Ajayi has not had this season—but they will come. If an owner in your league is getting impatient with Ajayi’s overall scoring so far this season, he’s an excellent trade target as someone that the Dolphins would like to get 25+ carries per game. He does face the Jets, who held him to 16 yards on 11 carries in Week 3, next week though.

Cole Beasley | Free Agent WR

Cole Beasley scores twice in loss to the Packers.

Beasley caught four passes for 23 yards and two touchdowns, both in the first half. The Cowboys got out to a 21-6 lead, but Aaron Rodgers did his thing, and the Packers won 35-31 with a late-game touchdown pass. Even in PPR leagues, Beasley can probably be dropped as the Cowboys head into their Week 6 bye.

10/9/17 - 02:36 PM ET

Kasen Williams | Free Agent WR

Kasen Williams leads team in receiving on Sunday.

Williams caught four passes for 41 yards, as Kevin Hogan could only throw for 140 yards in his first career start. The preseason star should probably play ahead of Kenny Britt for good at this point, but the Browns are too unreliable to trust in fantasy lineups, especially with Kevin Hogan or DeShone Kizer at quarterback. They will try to avoid 0-7 against the Titans next Sunday.

10/16/17 - 11:40 AM ET

Dez Bryant | Free Agent WR

Dez Bryant caught five passes for 52 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s loss to the Packers.

Bryant’s score came on a fade pass from 10 yards out in the second quarter to give the Cowboys a 21-6 lead, but they ended up losing 35-31 on a clutch Aaron Rodgers touchdown pass with seconds left. Bryant remains one of the better one-on-one players in the league when the ball is in the air, and he could have had a bigger day with Green Bay choosing to single him in the red zone. Dez will be a WR1/WR2 in Week 7 against the Niners, as the team will enter the bye at 2-3.

10/9/17 - 02:34 PM ET

Jay Cutler | Free Agent QB

Dolphins offense comes alive as they improve to 3-2.

After a 17-0 halftime deficit, it looked like another poor day for Miami on offense, but the team turned it around (with the help of strong defense) to score 20 unanswered points in the second half and upset the Falcons in Atlanta. Jay Cutler was 19/33 for 151 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception in the victory. The first touchdown was on a third down in the red zone where Cutler stepped up the pocket and delivered a strike to Kenny Stills in the end zone; and the second touchdown was to Jarvis Landry, who was wide open on a swing pass from the backfield on a misdirection play. The interception wasn’t good, as Cutler threw the ball behinds receiver on a deep crossing route, but Falcons safety Deion Jones did make a great diving play to come up with the turnover. Until the offense really starts clicking, Cutler isn’t a reliable fantasy option.

10/16/17 - 10:25 AM ET

Randall Cobb | Free Agent WR

Randall Cobb gets five targets against Dallas.

Cobb caught four passes for 29 yards in the win, as Green Bay didn’t get much going down the field in the game. Cobb is on the FLEX radar for Week 6, but it’s a tough matchup against the Vikings.

10/9/17 - 02:33 PM ET

Kendall Wright | Cardinals WR

Kendall Wright caught two passes for 36 yards in Sunday’s win over the Ravens.

Wright was literally the only wide receiver to catch a pass as the Bears relied on the running game with just 16 passing attempts from Mitchell Trubisky. The slot receiver probably isn’t getting enough targets to be worth rostering in fantasy leagues. He gets the Panthers in Week 7.
