The Raiders have actually made a point to get Cook involved through four weeks, but he’s on pace for just a 64/680/4 line. He isn’t a recommended fantasy option against the Ravens next week.

Marcus Mariota (hamstring) is day-to-day.
This is excellent news, as it looks like Mariota has a good chance of playing on Sunday against the Dolphins. Titans head coach Mike Mularkey did say they are going to take it slow with Mariota, which is smart so the injury is not aggravated and made worse. We might not know until late in the week—or even not until Sunday—if Mariota will be active, but he’d again be a QB1 if he’s able to be out there. We’ll update you on his practice status throughout the week.

E.J. Manuel looks good in relief of Derek Carr, but throws game-ending interception.
Manuel was 11/17 for 106 and the pick, which was a jump ball that Amari Cooper simply lost, though it could have been thrown a little more outside. The former first-round pick looked poised and comfortable in a tough environment, displaying good accuracy and moving the offense in obvious passing situations. Derek Carr should hopefully be good for next week’s matchup with the Ravens, but it was a promising performance by Manuel should he be forced into action again.

Brandon Williams catches one pass in Week 4.
Williams caught a 32-yard seam route against Seattle. He’s off the fantasy radar, as he’s probably not going to put up big numbers this season.

Seth Roberts caught four passes for 49 yards in Sunday’s loss to Denver.
Roberts got the start with Michael Crabtree out, and he was second on the team in catches and yards. If Crabtree is out again next Sunday, Roberts might be worth a look in fantasy leagues, but he’s probably better left on the waiver wire.

The Buccaneers officially activated Doug Martin.
Martin was suspended for the first three games of the season, which turned out to be Weeks 1-4 because of the postponement of Tampa Bay’s Week 1 game against Miami. Now, he’ll make his season debut on Thursday night against the Patriots. The two-time All Pro certainly has a chance to be an RB1 this season, but perhaps expectations should be tempered on a short week this week for his first game back. It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Bucs feed Martin the ball immediately though. He can be inserted into fantasy lineups for Week 5, but ideally it’ll be as a FLEX/RB2 option.

Alshon Jeffery scores in Week 4.
Jeffery caught three passes (on six targets) for 29 yards and a touchdown against the Chargers, with the score coming on a slant route where his big frame came into play. Through four games, Jeffery is on pace for 68 receptions for 860 yards and eight touchdowns. While he should improve in the receptions and yardage department, it wouldn’t be that surprising if he doesn’t. Zach Ertz looks to be locked in as the top target for Carson Wentz.
