Josh McCown | Free Agent QB

Josh McCown does just enough to get Jets to 2-2 with overtime win over the Jaguars.

McCown was 22/31 for 224 yards and one interception. He also fumbled three times, losing one of them. New York threw it just as many times as they ran it, and two long touchdown runs helped them pick up their second win in as many weeks. McCown obviously isn’t a fantasy option, but he’s doing a decent job with limited talent around him. He’ll look to upset the Steelers next Sunday.

Danny Amendola | Retired WR

Danny Amendola scores in loss to the Panthers.

Amendola worked the slot and made tough catches for the Patriots, securing six of seven targets for 42 yards and a touchdown. Amendola made a great catch for a first down, where his body was bent on a big hit but he held on and popped right back up. Then, he scored a one-yard touchdown on an in route where he shook the defender and Tom Brady. After the touchdown, Amendola held up a “JE11” flag for his friend and teammate Julian Edelman, who is out for the season with a torn ACL. Amendola is a good option in both standard and PPR leagues, and he gets the Buccaneers in Week 5 on Thursday.

10/2/17 - 10:10 AM ET

Travis Benjamin | Free Agent WR

Travis Benjamin leads Chargers in receiving in Week 3.

Benjamin had five receptions (on eight targets) for 105 yards, including a long of 44 yards where he made a nice catch. The speedy receiver also had a carry of nine yards. There are probably better options, but Benjamin is in the FLEX conversation next week against the Eagles.

9/25/17 - 02:46 PM ET

Derrick Henry | Ravens RB

Derrick Henry gets 13 carries in Week 3 win.

Henry played well against the Seahawks, carrying 13 times for 54 yards while adding a ten-yard reception. The second-year back had a long of 25 yards in the game, while teammate DeMarco Murray broke a 75-yard touchdown run as the team gashed Seattle on the ground. It doesn’t appear Henry is going to overtake Murray as the lead guy in the backfield, but it looks like he has some FLEX value.

9/25/17 - 02:21 PM ET

Gerald Everett | Free Agent TE

Gerald Everett held to one catch in Week 4 win.

It went for eight yards. The promising rookie tight end can stay on the waiver wire in redraft leagues, but Los Angeles has an emerging offense for 2017 and beyond, especially once Everett adjusts to the NFL. The Rams host the Seahawks in Week 5.

10/2/17 - 01:44 PM ET

Thomas Rawls | Free Agent RB

Thomas Rawls played one snap in Week 3.

There was some thought that Rawls would get more carries after being worked back into the lineup in Week 2, but the opposite happened. Rawls played one snap and received zero carries against the Titans. You can feel free to drop the talented third-year back from your fantasy team, but he’s worth holding on to if you have the roster space.

9/25/17 - 02:02 PM ET

Martavis Bryant | Free Agent WR

Martavis Bryant leads team in receiving on Sunday.

Bryant caught three passes for 48 yards, as the Steelers relied on Le’Veon Bell and the running game to carry them to a 26-9 victory. Its been a disappointing start to the season for Bryant, as he’s on pace for 40 catches, 732 yards, and one touchdown at the year’s quarter mark. He has a difficult matchup with A.J. Bouye and Jalen Ramsey next Sunday.
