D'Onta Foreman | Free Agent RB

D’Onta Foreman makes two big catches in Week 3.

The rookie running back carries eight times for 25 yards, but he also added two receptions for 65 yards. The receptions were both over 30 yards—a 31-yarder and a 34-yarder—as he showcased his great ability as a pass-catcher. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick talked during the week about how Foreman was a very good receiver that can make explosive plays in the passing game despite his size, and the rookie showed it. Lamar Miller owners should probably try to get Foreman on their bench.

Kelvin Benjamin | Free Agent TE

Kelvin Benjamin caught two passes for eight yards before leaving Sunday’s game with a knee injury.

The injury isn’t expected to be serious, but we’ll have an update when one is provided. It still seems like there’s a good chance he misses next week’s matchup with the Patriots, but at least he shouldn’t miss an extended period of time. Even if he’s healthy for Week 4, Benjamin is hurting due to Cam Newton’s struggles.

9/25/17 - 11:53 AM ET

Shane Vereen | Retired RB

Shane Vereen is not on the injury report for Week 4.

After missing Wednesday and Thursday with a calf injury, Vereen was a limited participant in practice today and is apparently ready to go for Sunday against the Bucs. He’s just a FLEX option in PPR leagues.

9/29/17 - 02:48 PM ET

Randall Cobb | Free Agent WR

Randall Cobb scores in Packers’ win over the Bears.

Cobb caught all four of his targets in the Thursday night win, gaining 44 yards with a touchdown. The score came on a nifty route where Cobb faked like he was setting a pick before going back inside and catching an easy pass for the touchdown. Cobb will be in the FLEX conversation for Week 5 against Dallas.

9/29/17 - 12:23 AM ET

DeShone Kizer | Free Agent QB

DeShone Kizer struggles again; Browns drop to 0-3.

The second-round rookie was 22/47 for 242 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions against the Colts. He did show his ability on the ground, carrying seven times for 44 yards and a touchdown, but he again struggled a bit as a passer. Kizer has shown some flashes because he’s a talented player, but the Browns are going to struggle to win games if he doesn’t progress throughout the season. He gets the Bengals at home next Sunday and is not a recommended fantasy option.

9/25/17 - 01:12 PM ET

Jakeem Grant | Free Agent WR

Jakeem Grant catches only target in Week 3.

He gained 12 yards on the reception, and the second-year receiver is a better contributor for the Dolphins than he is for fantasy teams at the moment.

9/25/17 - 11:52 AM ET

Rex Burkhead | Free Agent RB

Rex Burkhead (ribs) is out today against the Panthers.

Burkhead was listed as doubtful, so this was expected. The good news is Burkhead was able to be a limited participant in Friday’s practice, so it looks like he could have a chance to play on Thursday night against the Buccaneers in Week 5.
