T.J. Yeldon has been activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Yeldon is usually a healthy inactive for Buffalo, but he is certainly good insurance for Devin Singletary and/or Zack Moss. The veteran turned 11 touches into 92 yards and a score in limited regular season action.

The Buccaneers signed C.J. Prosise to the practice squad.

Prosise was recently with the Texans, but he’ll now be a depth player at running back for a Bucs team that’s in the postseason. The former third-round pick is probably looking to stick with a team long-term.

KhaDarel Hodge tested positive for COVID-19.

Hodge being out for this weekend’s playoff game against the Steelers is a blow to the depth of the Browns, who are in a very tough spot after head coach Kevin Stefanski also tested positive for the virus and will be out. Hopefully all the Browns that have gotten COVID-19 are feeling better soon, and they’ll have to hope their team can move on to the Divisional Round without them.

Matt Schaub is retiring from the NFL.

Drafted by the Falcons in the third round of the 2004 draft, Schaub obviously had a very good career while sticking around all this time, and he ultimately ended his career in Atlanta spending the past few years with the team that drafted him. Schaub found most of his success as a starter with the Texans, compiling a 46-42 record while being named to two Pro Bowls and leading the league in passing in 2009. He also played for the Raiders (2014) and Ravens (2015). Schaub’s career ends with a 64.2% completion percentage, 25,467 passing yards, 136 passing touchdowns, and 91 interceptions. We wish Schaub the best of luck in the next stage of his life.

Josh Jacobs arrested for DUI.

This is obviously a terrible look for a player seen as a high-character guy. Jacobs will likely face league discipline (i.e. a suspension) from this incident, so the Raiders may be without him to start next season. Hopefully Jacobs learns from this incident and doesn’t have anything like this happen again.

The Bills released Gary Jennings from the practice squad.

Jennings was a recent signing by Buffalo, but they are going in another direction at this time.

The Bills released J.J. Nelson from the practice squad.

Buffalo is going in another direction with their practice squad receivers entering the postseason, but perhaps Nelson will be back in the near future.
