Join now >Ka’Deem Carey gets eight touches in exhibition against the Cardinals.
Other than Tarik Cohen, the Bears struggled to get anything going on the ground. Carey had six carries for only seven yards and added two receptions for 13 yards. As someone the coaching staff likes, Carey will probably make the final roster for the Bears, but he probably won’t have much fantasy value this season.

Robert Woods caught two passes for 19 yards in Saturday night’s win.
Both Woods and new Rams receiver Sammy Watkins took a backseat to Cooper Kupp last night, but the offense in general looked really good for LA. They will look to keep it going in the regular season dress rehearsal next Saturday.

Bears give Tarik Cohen 11 carries in Week 2 preseason game.
The rookie running back also known as “The Human Joystick” took advantage of some first-team carries with Jordan Howard (minor eye injury) out of the game. Cohen had 77 yards on his 11 carries, including a long of 25 yards. It definitely looks like Cohen will get the second most carries in Chicago’s backfield behind Jordan Howard this season. He’s worth a selection at the very end of drafts as a dynamic guy that could potentially be a boom/bust FLEX option as a rookie.

Rookie Trubisky plays well for second straight preseason game.
Mitchell Trubisky was 6/8 for 60 yards and a touchdown in the Week 2 preseason game against the Cardinals. We’ll have to see if Trubisky gets any time with the first team in the third preseason game next Sunday, but the Bears seem intent on keeping Mike Glennon installed as the starter.

Josh Reynolds catches game-winning touchdown in Saturday night’s exhibition.
Reynolds was held without a catch until the fourth quarter when Sean Mannion found him for a 20-yard score. The rookie is trying to carve out a role behind Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods, and Cooper Kupp for LA.

Mike Glennon throws one TD, one INT in exhibition against Arizona.
Glennon was 13/18 for 89 yards, one touchdown, and one interception total in the Week 2 preseason game. The interception came on a poor decision that was also inaccurate (too far inside) on an out-route to Kendall Wright in the red zone that Tyrann Mathieu easily picked off. The touchdown came after, also on an out route to Wright (a four-yarder). Glennon and the Bears face the Titans in the third preseason game next Sunday.

Gerald Everett caught four passes for 30 yards in last night’s preseason win over the Raiders.
Everett had a long of 24 yards, which was a play he displayed another basketball-like move in the open field to make a defender miss. Rookie tight ends usually struggle to be big-time contributors, but Everett is a great target in dynasty leagues. The Jordan Reed comparisons are high praise but look to be fair so far.
