Join now >WR Kasen Williams goes over 100 yards in Seahawks preseason game.
Williams had four receptions for 119 yards, including a long of 34 yards. All four of his catches came on go routes down the left sideline, as he kept making plays. His final catch was very nearly a touchdown, but he was ruled out of bounds inside the one-yard line. If Williams keeps playing like this, he might be able to crack Seattle’s final roster, but it’s a deep group so it won’t be easy.

Jonnu Smith gets team high in targets in exhibition against Carolina.
The Titans rookie tight end caught five-of-seven targets for 47 yards. If he isn’t already, Smith will likely be the second tight end behind Delanie Walker soon. Smith definitely looks a bit like Walker out there, someone that was a comparison for him when he entered the draft. He’s definitely someone to roster in dynasty leagues as the heir apparent to Walker.

Chris Carson scores twice in first preseason game for the Seahawks.
The seventh-round pick had seven carries for 19 yards and two touchdowns and added a one-yard reception. As someone that has impressed in training camp, Carson is at least a practice squad candidate, and he might make Seattle’s final roster as a rookie.

Tre McBride leads Titans in receiving in Week 2 of the preseason.
McBride caught four-of-five targets for 73 yards, including a long of 21 yards from Marcus Mariota in the first series of the game. McBride playing some with the first team with Eric Decker and Corey Davis out is a good sign for him. Given his ability on special teams and his improvement as a receiver, McBride might be able to make Tennessee’s 53-man roster.

Trevone Boykin helps lead Seahawks to preseason Week 1 win.
Seattle’s backup quarterback was 12/15 for 189 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, along with four carries for 31 yards and a touchdown. Boykin looked very good, as he threw the ball well and he moved around to evade the pass rush and make plays. Boykin is locked in as the backup for Russell Wilson as long as he stays out of trouble.

David Fluellen breaks long runin Titans’ preseason game.
Fluellen had ten carries for 76 yards, including a 53-yard run, and a touchdown. He also caught both of his targets for 15 yards and had a 20-yard kick return. The 2014 undrafted running back looked good, and he will find himself on the final roster if he keeps it up.

Alex Collins scores in Week 1 of the preseason.
The second-year back out of Arkansas had six carries for nine yards and a touchdown and two receptions for 17 yards. He might be battling rookie Chris Carson for one roster spot, though the Seahawks could try to keep up to five running backs.
