Foles landed hard on his side at the end of last night’s game and has to be carted off, but thankfully it doesn’t appear to be anything too serious after X-rays were negative. Foles now has the bye week to heal up and get ready for Week 12 against the Packers.

The Falcons placed Laquon Treadwell on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
This happens as Atlanta returns from its bye week, so hopefully it’s a situation where this didn’t involve any teammates being affected. If Treadwell does have the virus (as opposed to just coming in close contact to someone with it), hopefully he’s feeling better soon.

Nick Foles leaves game with apparent hip injury.
Attempting a long-shot go-ahead touchdown drive, Foles was swung around and slammed on his side. The cart is coming out for Foles, who appeared to potentially injure his hip (though he also landed on his shoulder). Now we just have to hope the injury isn’t quite as serious as it might appear. Before leaving, Foles was 15/26 for 105 yards and one interception while the Chicago offense again struggled to get much going.

Andy Dalton is expected to start in Week 11.
Dalton has fully cleared concussion protocol and is set to start for the Cowboys as they return from the bye to face the Vikings this Sunday. Despite the 2-7 record, Dallas remains in the mix for the hapless NFC East as Dalton returns to the lineup.
11/16/20 - 05:51 PM ET
Carlos Hyde (hamstring) is expected to play on Thursday night.
Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll now says that Hyde is further along and closer to a return than Chris Carson (foot) for this week. We’ll let you know if anything changes, but expect Hyde to play—and potentially lead the Seattle backfield—for Week 11.
11/16/20 - 05:16 PM ET
The Eagles activated the 21-day practice window for Zach Ertz.
Ertz can now return to practice this week, and he likely has a shot to return this Sunday against the Browns. The Pro Bowl tight end must be activated within three weeks or he will have to spend the remainder of the season on injured reserve.
11/16/20 - 05:02 PM ET
The Browns are placing Andy Janovich on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
This explains Cleveland’s positive coronavirus test announced earlier today, and now we have to hope this didn’t spread to other players on the team. There’s a chance running backs like Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt are considered close contacts, in which case they probably would at least miss practice time this week. Hopefully Janovich is feeling better soon.
