Join now >Alshon Jeffery will not play in Week 5.
It sounds like the Eagles were hoping Jeffery would be able to make his season debut this weekend, but an illness has forced him to miss practice yesterday and today, so head coach Doug Pederson ruled him out for Sunday. We expect Jeffery will get on the field soon, and he’s someone worth considering for a bench pickup given the state of Philadelphia’s receiving corps.

Ke’Shawn Vaughn (chest) has return for the Bucs.
FOX reporter Erin Andrews said that Vaughn was going to try to play through the chest injury, and he is indeed out there early in the second half for Tampa Bay.

Ke’Shawn Vaughn (chest) is officially questionable to return for the Buccaneers.
Vaughn took a huge hit to the chest at the end of the first half, and now it’ll be a ton of Ronald Jones for as long as Vaughn remains out. Leonard Fournette, who is active for emergency situations, could also get some work now if Jones needs a breather.
10/8/20 - 10:10 PM ET
Jared Cook (groin) was officially limited in today’s practice.
The Saints play on Monday night, so you’ll likely need a backup option if you plan to use the veteran tight end in your Week 5 fantasy lineup. That said, we’ll track Cook’s practice status the next couple of days.
10/8/20 - 07:10 PM ET
Michael Thomas (ankle) was officially limited in today’s practice.
Thomas was also limited all last week before ultimately not playing in Week 4, so we’d feel better about his status if he’s able to get up to a full practice participation by Saturday.
10/8/20 - 07:09 PM ET
Leonard Fournette (ankle) is officially active for Thursday night.
Fournette was listed as doubtful entering tonight, so this is a surprise. However, Fournette could potentially be active for depth purposes only at less than 100%, so he’s a risky Week 5 FLEX option.
10/8/20 - 06:51 PM ET
Scotty Miller (hip/groin) is officially active for Thursday night.
Miller was listed as questionable ahead of tonight’s Week 5 matchup in Chicago, but he’s officially active and figures to be a big part of the passing attack for the Bucs with Chris Godwin (hamstring) out and Mike Evans (ankle) at less than 100%. Miller is squarely in the FLEX mix this week.
