Join now >The Buccaneers elevated Cyril Grayson to the active roster.
While Mike Evans (hamstring) was upgraded to questionable earlier today, the Bucs are brining Grayson up to the active roster for an additional option at wide receiver. Even if he’s on the gameday roster, Grayson will be difficult to trust in fantasy lineups tomorrow.

The Rams are signing Cooper Kupp to a three-year extension, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The deal will keep him in Los Angeles through the 2023 season, so this is excellent news for Kupp’s dynasty outlook in Sean Mcvay’s offense. This year, it will be interesting to see how much the Rams rely on the traditional 11 personnel that McVay has preferred after running more 12 personnel down the stretch in 2019, but Kupp will at least be a high-upside WR2 in redraft leagues.

The Saints are signing Alvin Kamara to a five-year extension, according to multiple reports.
Just minutes after the contract extension between Dalvin Cook and the Vikings was reported, news dropped about Kamara’s extension with the Saints. NFL Network reports that Kamara’s extension is worth $75 million along with $34.3 million signing bonus. Like Cook, Kamara will be locked up with his team for the next six seasons, as this extension is tacked onto the final year of his rookie contract. There are now no concerns about the dynamic running back’s usage in New Orleans’ high-scoring offense this season. Kamara will be 30 years old when this contract is up.

The Vikings are signing Dalvin Cook to a five-year extension, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport.
Cook will get $63 million over the five-year extension, including $28 million guaranteed. This deal’s $12.6-million-per-year average puts Cook at just above what reigning league-leading rusher Derrick Henry got from the Titans earlier this year, and it gives the former second-round pick long-term security and avoids a potential franchise tag after this season. Cook is now locked up with Minnesota for the next six years, so he will be through his age-30 season after the deal expires. Expect the Vikings to utilize Cook a ton this season and beyond as the centerpiece of their offense.

Mike Evans (hamstring) has been upgraded to questionable for tomorrow’s game.
This indicates Evans has a realistic shot of playing tomorrow afternoon against the Saints despite the doubtful tag yesterday. However, fantasy owners must keep in mind that a 4:25 PM ET kickoff could complicate lineup decisions if you are between Evans and someone from the early slate of games. Overall, it might be best to go in another direction for your Week 1 lineup, as Evans is likely to be less than 100% even if he is active for the season opener.

Duke Johnson is dealing with an ankle sprain, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
This is probably good news all things considered, as it could have been worse when it was termed a leg injury last night. Johnson will have over a week to get ready for a Week 2 matchup against the Ravens, but he shouldn’t miss an extended period of time if he’s not ready for Houston’s next game.

Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring) is officially listed as questionable for Week 1.
49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan sounded relatively optimistic about Aiyuk having a realistic chance to play this Sunday versus the Cardinals, but the rookie receiver’s status might not be known until after the 1:00 games have kicked off on Sunday.
