White having experience over rookie James Morgan could make him Sam Darnold’s backup on Sunday. New York is hoping to have Joe Flacco (back) healthy early in the year.

The 49ers have placed Deebo Samuel (foot) on injured reserve, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
Deebo will now miss at least the first three games of the season, so this more unfortunate news for fantasy owners that bet on injured players (Miles Sanders being the other after he was ruled out for Week 1). Ideally, the promising second-year wideout will get the next three weeks to heal up and be 100% the rest of the way, but Brandon Aiyuk (hamstring), Kendrick Bourne, and Trent Taylor will be among the guys stepping up in the mean time.

Miles Sanders (hamstring) is not traveling to Washington and will be out for Week 1, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Sanders still isn’t 100%, so the Eagles will roll with Boston Scott as the starter tomorrow. Unfortunately, Philadelphia is perhaps the least trustworthy team in the league when it comes to injuries, and Sanders is probably far from a lock to suit up in Week 2. Scott should be owned in all formats as at least a low-end RB/FLEX option.

Darrynton Evans (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 1.
Evans was limited in practice all week, but the Titans aren’t going to push him this early in the season. The NFL debut for the rookie running back will have to wait.

K.J. Hamler (hamstring) is questionable for Monday night.
Broncos head coach Vic Fangio says it’ll probably be tough for Hamler to play, but the rookie receiver has a shot and is questionable for Week 1. If active against the Titans on Monday night, Hamler won’t be a highly recommended FLEX option.

Courtland Sutton (shoulder) is questionable for Week 1.
Sutton is a game-time decision to face the Titans in the final game of the NFL’s opening week. Broncos head coach Vic Fangio says that it Sutton can do ten jumping jacks in pregame on Monday night—”the most primitive test there is”—then he’ll be able to play. It’s a tough call if you’re hoping to insert Sutton into Week 1 fantasy lineups, so be sure to have a backup option from the late Monday night game if you’re planning to start Sutton.

Golden Tate (hamstring) is officially questionable for Monday night.
The veteran receiver looks like a legit game-time call for Week 1 against the Steelers, so be sure to have a backup plan from one of the Monday games if you’re planning to use him in your fantasy lineup to open the year.
