Shepard went down in non-contact fashion, and he immediately grabbed at his lower leg area and was in a lot of pain. The cart is now coming out for him, and this doesn’t look good. Hopefully it’s not an Achilles injury, but more information should become available in the next day or so. Before leaving late in the fourth quarter, Shepard had two receptions for 15 yards.

Pat Freiermuth (concussion) ruled out for the remainder of the game.
Freiermuth was hit in the head on a big third-down catch, and it will unfortunately knock him out for the rest of the day. Look for Zach Gentry to be Pittsburgh’s top tight end, and Freiermuth could be in danger of missing extended time after his second concussion in a month.

Pat Freiermuth is being evaluated for a concussion.
Freiermuth took a huge hit on a reception and is headed to the locker room to be evaluated, so he’s officially in the concussion protocol. It would be a major shocker if the rookie tight end was able to return to today’s game against the Titans. Before leaving, Freiermuth had four receptions for 37 yards. We hope he’s feeling better soon.

Lamar Jackson (ankle) is officially inactive for the Ravens.
Jackson didn’t practice this week and is out for the Week 15 matchup against the Packers. Jackson can be considered week-to-week while dealing with what is being called an “ankle sprain” might might be slightly more serious.

Julio Jones (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
The hamstring injuries that have plagued Julio since the summer unfortunately continue in his second game since coming off injured reserve. Jones had no receptions before leaving against the Steelers. At this point, the Titans might want to have an eye on just seeing if they can get Jones ready for the postseason.

Emmanuel Sanders (knee) is officially inactive for the Bills.
This was fully expected, with Sanders being listed as doubtful for the Week 15 matchup against the Panthers. The veteran receiver is dealing with a week-to-week knee issue.
12/19/21 - 11:31 AM ET
Tony Pollard (foot) is officially active for Week 15.
Pollard was questionable and a gametime decision again with his torn plantar fascia, but he’s toughing it out and playing after just missing one game with the injury. Pollard might be somewhat limited compared to usual, but he should be a strong complement to Ezekiel Elliott in the Cowboys backfield.
