Join now >The Buccaneers are signing Bryant Mitchell to a one-year deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Mitchell tore his Achilles last August and missed the entire 2019 season, but the former CFL standout will look to earn a roster spot on the Tom Brady-led offense this summer. He is at least a name worth monitoring for what will be a high-powered offense in 2020.

The Packers are re-signing Marcedes Lewis, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.
Lewis mostly contributes as a blocker and a veteran presence for Green Bay, and Jace Sternberger will likely be the top tight end fantasy option for the Packers in 2020. Lewis will turn 36 before next season.

The Redskins are signing J.D. McKissic, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
McKissic joins a deep running back group in Washington, but he’ll look to carve out a role as a receiving option out of the backfield in particular. Right now, it’s difficult to see McKissic having strong fantasy value in 2020.

Taiwan Jones is signing a one-year deal with the Bills, according to Mike Garafolo.
Jones is familiar with Buffalo after spending two seasons there (2017 and 2018), and he should be a good real-life addition as a guy that will contribute on special teams. He could also potentially earn a pass-catching role if the team doesn’t add a big name via free agency or the draft.

Seth Roberts is signing with the Panthers, according to Ian Rapoport.
Roberts will bring some size to the Carolina receiving corps, but he may end up being veteran depth more than anything else, as the Panthers are likely going to be able to add a third starter alongside D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel in April’s draft. The former Raider spent last season in Baltimore and caught 21 passes for 271 yards and two touchdowns.

The Bears are acquiring Nick Foles from the Jaguars, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Foles was reportedly a target for Chicago at the start of the week, and they only needed to give up a compensatory fourth-round pick for the former Super Bowl MVP. General manager Ryan Pace has said Mitchell Trubisky is the team’s starting quarterback, but he will now likely be in a full-blown battle in training camp for the job, and the Bears might feel Foles—who beat them in the playoffs two years ago—gives the current roster a better chance to compete for a championship. The landing spot is great for Foles’ fantasy stock, and it is also a good thing for Allen Robinson’s long-term outlook based on the success Alshon Jeffery had on downfield passes as a big-bodied target with Foles under center.

The 49ers tendered Kendrick Bourne at a second-round level.
Bourne caught five touchdowns for the defending NFC champions last season, and Kyle Shanahan is not letting him go. It’s unlikely another team comes in with an offer for Bourne considering the second-round tender.
