The Seahawks have released J.D. McKissic.
Seattle is keeping C.J. Prosise and rookie Travis Homer as the pass-catching options behind Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny. McKissic could draw interest from other teams at either running back or receiver.

Tyler Kroft (foot) is officially listed as doubtful for Week 1.

The Redskins are waiving Samaje Perine, according to multiple reports.
Perine has played well when he’s been given opportunities, but he was buried on the depth chart in Washington. The 2017 fourth-round pick should draw a ton of interest around the league as someone with starter ability.

Amari Cooper (foot) is practicing for the Cowboys.
The Cowboys took a cautious approach with Cooper all summer as he dealt with a couple of ailments that are thought to be minor, and he’s fully expected to be ready to go this Sunday against the Giants. We’ll update you if Cooper is listed with a designation on the final Week 1 injury report when it’s released on Friday.
