Join now >Jimmy Garoppolo (knee) participated in a full team drill during minicamp.
Today was the final day of Niners minicamp, and Garoppolo was able to get in for one play during a full team drill, but apparently it was an accident. Still, the hope was that Jimmy G would be 100% at some point during the offseason program, and he looks to be very close to that point after he got in there on an 11-on-11 setting for a play. Garoppolo should be full-go for the start of training camp this summer as he puts last season’s torn ACL behind him, but we’ll update you on Day 1 of camp.

A.J. Green (toe) is practicing fully.
Green says he’s running routes at “full speed” during minicamp, which is great to hear as he comes back from the toe injury that basically wiped out the entire second half of last season for him. The Pro Bowl receiver said he wanted to get back out on the field earlier, but that he was being held back to ensure he’s ready to go, so he’s at 100% now. Green will turn just 31 this summer, and he’s likely energized and determined to prove he’s still one of the best receivers in football. Expect Green to be full-go for training camp, potentially with his only rest days coming from normal veteran maintenance; his toe seems to be fine heading into 2019.

Sony Michel underwent a knee scope, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Howe.
Howe says the scope is minor and Michel is expected back by training camp, but this obviously isn’t a good sign for the second-year runner. New England spent a third-round pick on Alabama running back Damien Harris in the spring, so they probably have some legitimate concern about Michel. And if nothing else, Harris should get an extended opportunity with the starters at the beginning of camp, which makes him a guy worth aggressively targeting in dynasty leagues and early drafts.

Colts have “big designs” for Parris Campbell, according to the Indy Star’s Zak Keefer.
Colts offensive coordinator Nick Sirianni said his first impressions of the second-round rookie receiver are: “Speed. Fast.” Keefer says Colts head coach Frank Reich and Sirianni have big plans for the Ohio State product, and Reich recently said that Campbell’s presence could impact running back Nyheim Hines’ touches, which indicates the Colts want to get the ball into Campbell’s hands underneath. Campbell has 4.3 speed and can take the top off the defense, but he’s also excellent at taking drag routes and running away from defenders. Overall, Campbell’s addition is a boost to an already-potent Indy offense, and he could put up a surprising reception total during his rookie season this year.

Garrett Celek could miss the start of training camp after undergoing back surgery.
Celek is also in the concussion protocol, so he won’t be able to clear it until camp starts. Now 31, Celek probably isn’t guaranteed a roster spot behind George Kittle after catching just five passes in 15 games a season ago. The veteran isn’t currently on the fantasy radar, but hopefully he gets healthy enough to contribute.

Eric Ebron (groin) is running rotes at full speed during Colts minicamp.
Ebron had groin surgery early in the offseason, and it isn’t a concern for his Week 1 status. The biggest concern for Ebron’s fantasy value is him attempting to replicate his 13 touchdowns from a year ago, especially with Jack Doyle healthy and back in the mix at tight end for Indy. The Colts are expected to use a lot of two-tight-end sets, though, and Ebron should have a considerable role down in the red zone again in 2019.

Miles Sanders (hamstring) will miss mandatory minicamp.
The second-round rookie running back from Penn State is falling behind a bit by missing all this offseason time with a lingering injury, but Eagles running backs coach Duce Staley said he has “no doubt” that Sanders is “special.” Philadelphia might not be worried about Sanders missing a ton of time this offseason, but fourth-year running back Jordan Howard should have a leg-up in the starting running back competition as we sit here in June. Ideally, Sanders will be ready to go for Day 1 of training camp this summer as he looks to earn a big role as a rookie this season.
