Cook has unfortunately slowed down over the past three weeks for fantasy owners that rolled with him all season long, but he set career-highs across the board—68 receptions for 896 yards and six touchdowns—in the first season in Jon Gruden’s offense. While Cook enters unrestricted free agency this winter, the team should have significant interest in bringing him back. The veteran turns 32 in April.

Josh Rosen throws one touchdown in Week 17.
Rosen was 18/34 for 149 yards and one touchdown along with two fumbles lost against the Seahawks. Seattle sacked Rosen six times in the game, which obviously made things difficult on him, but the rookie quarterback again struggled with inaccuracy throughout the game. The tenth overall pick’s rookie year ends with 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, and a completion percentage of 55.2% in 14 games. He also surprised with 23 carries for 138 rushing yards. The Cardinals were one of the worst situations in the NFL this season, and the offensive line must get better, but Rosen must show more with the new coaching staff. Whoever the new coach is will likely have to stick with Rosen for at least 2019, especially with it looking like there’s no bonafide first-round pick in the upcoming draft, which Arizona holds the No. 1 pick in. We don’t anticipate Rosen will be a good fantasy option in a stacked position next year.

Russell Wilson throws one touchdown in Week 17.
Wilson was 12/21 for 152 yards, one touchdown, and one interception against the Cardinals, again connecting with Tyler Lockett for the score (tenth time this season). Wilson’s regular season ends with 3,448 yards, 35 touchdowns, seven interceptions, and a completion percentage of 65.5% along with 67 carries for 376 yards. This was the first season Wilson did not have any rushing touchdowns, as he operated a balanced offensive attack that didn’t require him to use his legs to get the ball into the end zone, especially with a wrecking-ball runner like Chris Carson in the backfield. Wilson’s 35 passing touchdowns set a new franchise record, as did his 110.9 passer rating. Now Wilson will go on another playoff run starting this Saturday night against the Cowboys.

Courtland Sutton catches one pass against the Chargers.
Sutton gained 25 yards on his one reception (three targets) in the Broncos’ Week 17 loss. The second-round rookie’s season ends with 42 receptions for 704 yards and four touchdowns, as he showed his upside as a big deep threat that can use his size and athleticism to go and get the ball over smaller defenders. It’ll be interesting to see the new coaching staff in Denver, but Sutton is likely to be featured as one of the team’s best players. Things will have to go right and he’ll have to play well, i.e. it’s not going to be easy, but Sutton will likely offer 1,000-yard, 10-touchdown upside in 2019 fantasy drafts.

Jordy Nelson caught nine passes for 78 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs.
Nelson was targeted a team-high 12 times and again showed he has plenty left in the tank. Overall, Jordy caught 63 passes for 739 yards and three touchdowns this season despite huge slump in the middle of the year as he battled a knee injury, and the team has already paid a bonus that will keep him on the roster in 2019. The Raiders are sure to add talent to the receivers room, but Nelson certainly has a chance to build on this season’s numbers for his age-34 campaign. He will be one of the better late-round targets in fantasy drafts next summer.

Andy Janovich scores in Week 17.
Janovich caught two passes for 30 yards and a touchdown against the Chargers, with the score coming on a 20-yard reception. Janovich had two carries for five yards and eight receptions for 112 yards as Denver’s fullback this season.
12/31/18 - 01:10 PM ET
Trent Sherfield catches two passes in Week 17.
Sherfield gained 23 yards on his two receptions in the Cardinals’ loss. Sherfield’s rookie season ends with 19 receptions for 210 yards and one touchdown. He played pretty well down the stretch when given opportunities, so he’ll look to carve out a nice role in Arizona in 2019.
