Join now >The Dolphins are signing Alec Ingold.
Ingold will make up to $7.5 million on a two-year deal according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, making him the second-highest paid fullback in the league (behind Kyle Juszczyk, who Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel was with in San Francisco). Ingold isn’t likely to be a fantasy producer, but he’ll be a key part of Miami’s offense in real life.

The Texans are signing Dare Ogunbowale.
Ogunbowale is getting a two-year deal as he moves from the Jaguars to the AFC South rival Texans. Ogunbowale feels like a natural fit for what the Texans are looking for at running back and with their players, as he’s a versatile option to contribute on the roster.

The Raiders are signing Brandon Bolden.
Bolden will fill in as depth behind Josh Jacobs and Kenyan Drake, and he’ll also provide big-time special teams value. He’ll join former New England teammate Chandler Jones in New England playing under Josh McDaniels.

The Titans are releasing Julio Jones, according to ESPN.
Jones being released can save close to $10 million against the cap in 2022 if he’s designated as a post-June 1 cut, but this is still a surprise after the former All-Pro wideout started to emerge when healthier down the stretch last season. Julio will now join a market that still has plenty of big-time names available, so it’s unfortunate that Jones didn’t get a chance to become available before today. For the Titans, they are very thin at wide receiver behind A.J. Brown, but we’d anticipate a move of multiple moves being made in free agency and/or the draft.

Rashard Higgins is signing with the Panthers.
Higgins is getting a one-year deal, as he goes from Cleveland to Carolina. Higgins showed flashes in six seasons with the Browns, and he’s someone to keep an eye on in deeper leagues in particular if he can win a sizable role in the Panthers offense this summer.

The Cardinals are re-signing Maxx Williams.
Along with fellow free-agent Zach Ertz, Williams will be back at tight end for the Cardinals in 2022. Williams will mostly contribute as a blocker, so he’s unlikely to have much fantasy value as long as Ertz is on the field. This will be Williams’ fourth season with the Cardinals.

Joe Flacco is re-signing with the Jets.
The Jets acquired Flacco last season, and he’s back yet again for New York. The former Super Bowl MVP is clearly one of the best backup quarterbacks in the league, and he’ll be a good presence for second-year gunslinger Zach Wilson.
