Join now >Sam Darnold (shoulder/concussion) is questionable for Week 9.
Darnold looks like a true game-time call for Sunday against the Patriots, but he’s dealing with both the concussion and the shoulder issue. If Darnold is unable to go, P.J. Walker will start against the Patriots.

DeVante Parker (shoulder/hamstring) is doubtful for Week 9.
Dolphins head coach Brian Flores says that Parker had a setback and is doubtful to play against the Texans on Sunday. This is really unfortunate for a player that’s dealt with a bunch of injuries throughout his career, and he was coming off a strong outing (8/85) in his return to the lineup against the Bills last week.

James Robinson (heel) is questionable for Week 9.
Robinson is set to be a game-time decision, as it’ll come down to how he’s feeling during pregame warmups on Sunday. With the Jaguars playing in the early window of games, Robinson’s status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.
11/5/21 - 10:36 AM ET
The Saints are expected to start Trevor Siemian in Week 9.
Siemian played well when stepping into the lineup for an injured Jameis Winston last week against the Bucs, and Taysom Hill has been out of action for a few weeks, so Siemian is getting the start versus the Falcons. We’d think Siemian has a shot to keep hold of the starting job, but look for Hill to get a good amount of time on offense on Sunday, too.

Saquon Barkley has been removed from the COVID-19 list, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.
Barkley had another negative test, so it turns out the original positive was a false positive. The ankle injury is now a bigger hurdle to climb for Saquon to play in Week 9.

Multiple reports: The Browns will part ways with Odell Beckham Jr.
This was first reported by Yahoo’s Charles Robinson and ProFootballTalk. Cleveland is currently working on a contract restructure to lower the cap number and make it more likely that another team will claim him on waivers. This is quite the end and a continue of the fall Beckham has had since lighting it up early in his career with the Giants. OBJ had a solid start with the Browns in 2019, with a 1,000-yard season, but he’s since dealt with more injuries and the statistical production hasn’t been there when he has been on the field the past two years. Beckham had 114 receptions for 1,586 yards and seven touchdowns in three seasons with the Browns. The Saints and the Raiders figure to be two potential landing spots for the 29-year-old receiver.

Mike White is out of the game for the Jets.
White suffered an apparent wrist/forearm injury on the last drive for the Jets, but he stayed in there and threw a touchdown pass to Elijah Moore. It appears the adrenaline might have worn off, as he went to the sideline and is now having trouble throwing the ball. This is really unfortunate, but White is trying to get loose while throwing the ball and hopefully can return tonight against the Colts. Veteran Josh Johnson is now in for the Jets early in the second quarter.
