Russell Shepard leaves game with apparent leg injury.

Shepard appeared to get rolled up on and he hopped off the field under his own power. He’s now being carted to the locker room, so his day is almost certainly done with under five minutes remaining. Before leaving, Shepard caught two passes for 28 yards.

Julian Edelman catches seven passes in Patriots’  loss.

Edelman gained a team-high 90 yards on his seven receptions (11 targets) in the Week 15 loss to the Steelers. He had another drop in the game and also had a pass on the sideline he maybe should’ve come up with (though it was in tight coverage and might have been tipped), but overall it was a strong game for the veteran receiver. On New England’s final drive, Edelman got free for a 34-yard reception down the deep middle part of the field to help set the Patriots up for an opportunity at a potential game-tying touchdown that they couldn’t capitalize on. Edelman will remain among the highest-floor options entering fantasy title matchups next week when he faces the Bills. He had over 100 yards against the Bills earlier this season.

Isaiah McKenzie (leg) has returned for the Bills.

The Bills didn’t officially give an update on McKenzie, but he’s back in the game for them as they look to get a home win over the Lions.

Doug Baldwin scores twice in Week 15 loss.

Baldwin caught four passes for 77 yards and two touchdowns, both of which came in the first half. The Stanford product was able to get open in the corner of the end zone on the game’s opening possession, and he later caught a 35-yard score on an impressive catch-and-run. Baldwin came into the game banged up and carries significant risk at less than 100%, but he gets a good matchup against the Chiefs next Sunday night. Consider the 30-year-old a solid FLEX with four touchdowns over his past four appearances.

Nick Boyle (concussion) is out for the rest of today’s game.

Before leaving, Boyle had one reception for seven yards. Hopefully he’s feeling better soon, but his day is done.

James White gets seven touches against the Steelers.

White carried two times for 12 yards and caught five passes for 25 yards in the Patriots’ Week 15 loss. The Steelers did a good job of limiting the Patriots offense, and White was no different. Returning home next Sunday, White will look to have a bigger game when he faces a Bills team he had ten receptions for 79 yards along with a rushing score against earlier this season. For standard leagues, he remains just a FLEX option in championship matchups.
