Russell Wilson, Seahawks lose to the 49ers in overtime, 26-23.

Wilson was 23/31 for 237 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception, also adding five carries for 15 yards. Seattle was in a battle throughout, and a three-and-out to start overtime allowed San Francisco to get in range for a game-winning field goal by Robbie Gould. Now, the Seahawks are suddenly no lock for the postseason after the Eagles beat the Rams on Sunday night, so Wilson will need to be at his best next week for a primetime clash against the Chiefs. Fortunately, the game comes in Seattle, which bolsters the case for Wilson as a strong QB1 in the fantasy championship.

David Johnson (quad) did not practice today.

Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks says Johnson is expected to play against the Falcons on Sunday, so hopefully this day off was just a precaution. However, there’s certainly reason for Johnson owners to be concerned, as the team might not want to risk playing the franchise running back at less than 100% in a 3-10 season. If you have Johnson and have an open roster spot, it might not be a bad idea to add Chase Edmonds to be safe.

Rhett Ellison did not catch a pass in Week 15.

Meanwhile, Evan Engram led the Giants in receiving with 75 yards and appears to have reclaimed the top tight-end spot for the team. Ellison shouldn’t be in fantasy lineups with titles on the line.

Frank Gore’s injury is a foot sprain, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

X-rays were negative, so this is probably good news considering it could have been a break. However, his status for the final two weeks of the season is obviously up in the air for now.

Corey Coleman catches one pass in Giants’ loss.

Coleman gained eight yards on his lone reception against the Titans. The catch was a nice one in traffic for a first down. The former first-round pick will continue looking to get valuable playing experience these final two games of the season, but he’s not a recommended fantasy option in redraft leagues.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh says Joe Flacco is cleared to play.

Flacco was cleared by doctors to play yesterday against the Chiefs, but Harbaugh says the gameplan was already set with Lamar Jackson at quarterback. Harbaugh says he probably isn’t going to name his starting quarterback (as part of a strategic advantage over his next opponent, the Buccaneers), but that “it stands to reason that if Joe’s ready to go, then he’ll be part of the game plan. He’s too good of a player not to be.” Most are expecting Jackson will remain the starter, but we think they might go with Flacco, who obviously has a history of late-season success and plenty of big-game experience. At the very least, Flacco is likely to get some playing time for the Ravens as a more advanced passer than Jackson at this point. Flacco will be difficult to trust in fantasy lineups unless the Ravens come out and say he’s the starter, but his presence would be a boost for Ravens wide receivers, particularly John Brown.

Jawill Davis caught two passes for 13 yards in Sunday’s loss to Tennessee.

Davis is mainly a punt returner for the Giants, so he can stay on the waiver wire.
