Frank Gore | Retired RB

Frank Gore (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of today’s game.

Before leaving, Gore had five carries for 14 yards. Rookie Kalen Ballage just broke a 75-yard touchdown run to start the second half for Miami, and it’ll be him, Kenyan Drake, and Brandon Bolden handling the backfield work for the rest of today’s game at Minnesota. Hopefully this isn’t a season-ender for Gore, but more information might not become available today.

Russell Shepard | Retired WR

Russell Shepard caught two passes for 28 yards in Week 15 loss to the Titans.

Shepard saw more playing time with Odell Beckham Jr. (quad) out again, but the Giants couldn’t get going in the rain. Fantasy owners should look elsewhere over the final two weeks of the season.

12/17/18 - 11:52 AM ET

Chris Ivory | Free Agent RB

Chris Ivory (shoulder) was officially a full participant in today’s practice.

Barring a setback, Ivory should be good to go for Sunday against the Lions. And with LeSean McCoy (hamstring) uncertain, Ivory has a chance to enter the FLEX mix for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.

12/12/18 - 02:52 PM ET

Sterling Shepard | Buccaneers WR

Sterling Shepard caught two passes for 37 yards in Sunday’s loss.

Shepard was targeted nine times, but the passing attack struggled as weather impacted the game. Still, it’s a concern that Shepard hasn’t been able to do much of anything outside of a short touchdown in two games with Odell Beckham Jr (quad) out of the lineup, and fantasy owners can probably do better in Week 16.

12/17/18 - 11:50 AM ET

Doug Baldwin | Free Agent WR

Doug Baldwin (hip) is officially active against the Niners.

Baldwin was said to be ready to go after missing last Monday’s game versus the Vikings, and he’s indeed out there after not suffering any setbacks in pregame warmups. Baldwin probably needs a touchdown to deliver strong Week 15 fantasy value.

12/16/18 - 02:37 PM ET

Bennie Fowler | 49ers WR

Bennie Fowler caught two passes for 43 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Titans.

Fowler operated as the team’s No. 2 receiver with Odell Beckham Jr. (quad) out, but the Giants were shutout in a rainy defensive battle. Whether or not OBJ returns in Week 16, Fowler won’t be a highly recommended fantasy option.

12/17/18 - 11:48 AM ET

Anthony Miller | Ravens WR

Anthony Miller did not catch a pass in Week 14.

Miller’s lone reception the last two weeks came on the pass from Tarik Cohen late in last week’s game, so the rookie receiver is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups right now.
