It was a huge step back after Tate broke out with a 7/85/1 line two weeks ago, and the Eagles might simply have too many guys without enough offensive success to consider the 30-year-old as anything more than a decent FLEX play. Philly will take on the Rams in Week 15.

Eric Tomlinson catches one pass in Week 15 loss.
It went for 11 yards. Tomlinson isn’t a recommended fantasy option behind rookie Chris Herndon at tight end.

Chris Thompson handles six touches in loss to the Giants.
Thompson rushed three times for 23 yards and caught three passes for 15 yards. The Redskins were blown out, 40-16, but perhaps Thompson will be more involved over the final three weeks as they look to somehow sneak into the playoffs. Fantasy owners are better off looking elsewhere.

DeAndre Carter caught two passes for 55 yards in Saturday night’s win over the Jets.
He also rushed once for a seven-yard gain. Carter has been operating as the team’s No. 3 wideout with Keke Coutee (hamstring) out, but hopefully the rookie will be back in Week 16. If so, Carter will look to do damage as a punt returner against his former Eagles team.

Zach Ertz contained in Week 14 loss.
As feared, the Cowboys paid extra attention to Carson Wentz’s favorite target after he shredded them in the first meeting, holding Ertz to just five grabs for 38 yards in the rematch. Next week looks like a prime bounce-back spot for the star tight end, though, as the Rams struggle to defend tight ends, and the Eagles will likely need to win a shootout if they’re going to win. Ertz obviously needs to be in all lineups as an elite TE1.

Chris Herndon catches three passes in Week 15.
Herndon gained 53 yards on his three receptions against the Texans. Late in the game, Herndon nearly had a nice catch to set the Jets up inside the five-yard line, but the pass was slightly tipped before it could get to Herndon cleanly. The rookie tight end has a tough matchup against the Packers in Week 16, so he probably shouldn’t be in fantasy championship lineups.

Mark Sanchez tosses two interceptions in blowout loss to the Giants.
Sanchez was 6/14 for 38 yards, zero touchdowns, and two interceptions, including a pick-six. The veteran didn’t really have much of a chance behind a struggling offensive line, and he was replaced by Josh Johnson in the second half. Sanchez will operate as the No. 2 quarterback in Week 15.
