Clement just caught a handoff on a broken type of play, but he was hit in the backfield and appeared to have his leg badly twisted and hyperextended. The second-year running back immediately grabbed at his knee and appeared to be in a lot of pain, but he is at least being looked at on the bench instead of getting carted off. Hopefully it’s just a hyperextension, but we’ll update you as more information becomes available.

Sammy Watkins (foot) will officially be listed as doubtful for Week 14.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid says Watkins “tweaked” his foot in yesterday’s practice but that the MRI came back “OK”. It sounds like this is just a case of Watkins being set to return this week, but instead having a little setback. He still might be able to return this regular season, and we recommend holding onto him on fantasy teams if you have bench space.

Isaiah Crowell (foot) did not return against the Bills.
Crowell was injured in the first half and never returned. He had two carries for five yards and one reception for two yards before leaving. This could be a multi-week injury for Crowell, but more information should become available in the next day or so.

Josh Doctson (hip) is questionable for Sunday.
Doctson isn’t a recommended fantasy option in the first week of fantasy playoffs, but his status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.
12/7/18 - 01:41 PM ET
Chris Ivory (shoulder) is doubtful to return against the Jets.
With under three minutes remaining, don’t expect Ivory to return to today’s game. The Bills are also down LeSean McCoy, so Marcus Murphy is set to handle any more backfield work in this game. Before leaving, Ivory had 12 carries for 42 yards.

Jonnu Smith (knee) is out for the season.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter says it’s an MCL injury for Smith. It’s an unfortunate end to the seat for the second-year tight end, who had touchdowns in three of the last five games before leaving last night’s win over the Jaguars. Smith’s season ends with 20 receptions for 258 yards and three touchdowns. The Titans are now down their top two tight ends, as Delanie Walker has already been out for the season. Anthony Firkser and Luke Stocker will be the primary two tight ends for Tennessee moving forward for the rest of the year.

Seth Roberts (concussion) is active for the Raiders.
Roberts popped up on the injury report Thursday with the concussion, but he was able to get cleared ahead of today’s matchup with the Steelers. Perhaps he can deliver some fantasy value if the Raiders must throw the ball around to keep up in this game, but ideally you’ll have a more reliable option for Week 14 fantasy lineups.
