Join now >The Seahawks claimed Jacob Eason.
This is an interesting fit, as Eason played college football at Washington (after he transferred from Georgia). The former fourth-round pick of the Colts has a big arm and is in just his second NFL season. Eason will look to develop in Seattle.

Latavius Murray (ankle) is considered day-to-day.
This is good news after Murray injured his ankle in Week 6 against the Chargers. Baltimore has been utilizing a committee backfield, but Murray has been leading the group this season.

The Eagles opened the practice window for Tyree Jackson (back).
Jackson has been on injured reserve all season after he was injured during the preseason. But the former quarterback showed major flashes at tight end this summer, and Philadelphia has high hopes for him and has stated that he’ll get a big opportunity with Zach Ertz traded to Arizona. Jackson is someone to watch in dynasty leagues in particular.

Baker Mayfield (shoulder) will not start in Week 7.
With Mayfield clearly at less than 100% while dealing with a serious left shoulder injury, veteran Case Keenum is getting the start tomorrow night against the Broncos. The short week probably made it tough for Mayfield to be ready to go for Thursday Night Football, and hopefully the time off will help a little bit for when the Browns return to action to face the Steelers in Week 8.

The Lions signed Geronimo Allison to the active roster.
Detroit is looking for players to step up at receiver this season, so Allison gets a big opportunity with a call-up from the practice squad. He’s someone to keep an eye on in deeper leagues.

Dawson Knox had hand surgery.
The Bills are on a bye week, but Knox is set to miss time with his hand injury—we’ll see if there’s a more definite timeline soon. It’s a tough break for Knox, who was off to an outstanding start this season, with 21 receptions for 286 yards and five touchdowns through six games. Hopefully he’s back for Buffalo soon.

The Saints have designated Tre’Quan Smith to return from injured reserve.
Smith’s status has been a bit of a mystery, but it’s a great sign that he’s healthy coming off the bye, and he should make his season debut as early as this Monday night. The big-bodied wideout is an ideal fit with Jameis Winston’s skillset and will help open up the New Orleans passing attack.
