Join now >James White totals 92 yards as the Patriots outscore the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
White rushed six times for 39 yards, also adding five receptions for 53 yards. The dynamic receiving back has earned weekly RB2/FLEX status in standard leagues with a clear boost towards RB1 territory in PPR formats, and he should be heavily involved next weekend against Chicago’s stout front. Keep him in lineups.

Leonard Fournette (hamstring) is not expected to practice today.
The second-year running back is not expected to play this weekend against the Texans, but we’ll update you with his practice status throughout the week. Expect T.J. Yeldon to lead the backfield again in Week 7.

Chris Hogan catches all four targets against the Chiefs.
Hogan gained 78 yards on his four receptions, including a key 42-yard reception down the field late in the game. Coming into the game, Hogan was listed as questionable with a thing injury, but he didn’t show any limitations throughout the night. After not topping 50 yards in any of the first five games of the season, this game was an obvious positive for Hogan’s outlook. And with Josh Gordon basically playing full-time now, Hogan still remained a big part of the offense. He’s in the FLEX conversation for Week 7 against the Bears.

Sony Michel goes for 100 yards, two scores in win over the Chiefs.
Michael rushed 24 times for 106 yards and two touchdowns, both of which came in the first half from inside the five-yard line. New England’s first-round pick has gone over 98+ rushing yards in each of the past three games with four touchdowns over that span, and he should be treated as a weekly RB1 in all formats if he wasn’t already. The only thing that could derail Michel at this point is health, but he does get a difficult matchup against the Bears next Sunday.

Josh Allen is expected to miss at least two or three games after receiving a second opinion on his elbow, according to Tom Pelissero.
Dr. James Andrews checked out the rookie’s injury, and it’s fortunately not going to require surgery. However, the expectation is that Allen will miss two or three games and then be week-to-week after that, so Buffalo will be without their franchise quarterback at least into November. In the mean time, Nathan Peterman or veteran Derek Anderson will look to keep the Bills competitive, but it’s going to be a tall task surrounded by the league’s worst supporting cast. Hopefully Allen makes a full recovery and is able to continue progressing in 2018.

Tom Brady, Patriots defeat the Chiefs, 43-40, on a last-second field goal in SNF thriller.
Brady was 24/35 for 340 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions, also rushing three times for two yards and a touchdown. The score through the air came on a 17-yard throw to Julian Edelman in the second quarter, and in the second half, Brady was fortunate to escape a sack from rookie Breeland Speaks (because he didn’t want to rough the passer thinking the ball was thrown) and scramble in from four yards out. Overall, New England had an exact balance of run and pass (35 runs and 35 passes) excluding Brady’s scrambles/kneels, but the weapons should keep TB12 as a high-end QB1 if that remains the case. The Pats hit the road for matchups against the Bears and Bills over the next two weeks before taking on the Packers back at home.

Jon Gruden says the Raiders are “concerned” about Marshawn Lynch’s groin injury.
The Raiders have a bye this week, which gives Lynch some time off, but it sounds like there’s fear that this could be a multi-week injury for Beast Mode. Lynch has had groin issues in the past, including earlier this year, and he had sports hernia surgery during his final season with Seattle in 2015—but it’s unclear if the situations are related. There might not be more clarity on Lynch’s injury until next week, but Doug Martin would assume the starting role if Lynch misses any time. Martin is worth a look on the waiver wire this week, as he was impressive leading up to the season but just hasn’t had many opportunities behind Lynch.
