Thomas carried four times for eight yards and caught one pass for six yards in the Vikings’ Week 5 victory. Thomas is not a recommended fantasy option at the moment, especially if Dalvin Cook (hamstring) returns next week.

Stefon Diggs totals over 110 yards in Vikings’ win.
Diggs had yet another very solid game to start the season, working as a reliable target for Kirk Cousins. Diggs caught ten passes (11 targets) for 91 yards and added two carries for 25 yards against the Eagles. The fourth-year receiver catches everything with ease, and he now has at least nine receptions or a touchdown in every game aside from being shut down by Tre’Davious White in Week 3. Diggs might see some of Patrick Peterson next week, but he’s obviously a great option in Week 6 fantasy lineups.

Keenan Allen leads Los Angeles in receiving as they top the Raiders, 26-10.
Allen caught eight-of-nine targets for 90 yards in the win, also adding a five-yard rush. He hasn’t scored since the opener, but Allen is a prime buy-low target that should start finding the end zone and picking up some chunk yardage (no plays of more than 25 yards this season). The 26-year-old will be a difficult cover for Gregg Williams’ defense next Sunday in Cleveland, so keep him inserted in lineups as a solid WR1 option in all formats.
10/8/18 - 12:57 PM ET
Latavius Murray gets 13 touches against the Eagles.
Murray carried 11 times for 42 yards and added two receptions (on two targets) for 14 yards in the Week 5 victory. The Vikings’ gameplan was to attack the Eagles through the air, but Murray did most of his damage toward the end of the game when the Vikings were trying to take up clock. If Dalvin Cook (hamstring) remains out of the lineup in Week 6, Murray would be at least a FLEX option against the Cardinals.
10/8/18 - 12:55 PM ET
Austin Ekeler scores 44-yard touchdown in win over the Raiders.
Ekeler rushed six times for 15 yards in the victory, but the highlight was a 44-yard catch-and-run that he took to the house in the second quarter. Despite operating as the clear No. 2 behind Melvin Gordon, Ekeler has been able to consistently produce for fantasy owners in a high-powered offense, and he’s turned into a weekly FLEX option in all formats, including next Sunday against Cleveland. The 23-year-old is on pace for over 1,300 total yards.
10/8/18 - 12:54 PM ET
Kirk Cousins helps lead Vikings to Week 5 win in Philadelphia.
Cousins again made accurate throws throughout the game, mostly connecting with star receivers Adam Thielen and Stefon Diggs, who again made some spectacular catches. Cousins was 30/37 for 301 yards, one touchdown, and one fumble lost. It was a great sign that Cousins played so well in one of the NFL’s toughest environments, and Cousins and his elite weapons should keep it rolling when he faces the Cardinals in Week 6.
10/8/18 - 12:53 PM ET
Melvin Gordon handles 23 touches in Week 5 victory over the Raiders.
Gordon rushed 19 times for 58 yards and a score, also adding four receptions (on four targets) for 62 yards. The Chargers’ offensive centerpiece is a touchdown machine that’s locked in to a high-volume receiving role, and he looks like as good a play as anyone heading into next week’s matchup against the Browns. Gordon is averaging a career-best 4.6 yards per carry behind an improved offensive line, and he’s currently on pace for 835 receiving yards.
