Williams gained 48 yards on his three receptions (five targets) in the Chargers’ Week 4 win. Williams is a very good real-life option for Philip Rivers, but his role isn’t quite big enough for solid fantasy value right now. Williams is currently on pace for 40 receptions, 504 yards, and four touchdowns.

Keenan Allen leads the Chargers in Week 4 receiving.
Allen caught seven passes (on ten targets) for 63 yards against the Niners. Allen continues to play well, but a monster game could be coming for Philip Rivers’ number one receiver. And despite what feels like a relatively slow start to the season, Allen is on pace for 96 receptions, 1,128 yards, and four touchdowns through four games.

Austin Ekeler scores against the Niners.
Ekeler had eight carries for 25 yards and two receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown in LA’s Week 4 win. The score was on a 22-yard go route the Philip Rivers put right on the money in the end zone. Through four games, Ekeler is on pace for 112 carries, 752 rushing yards, 52 receptions, 652 receiving yards, and eight receiving touchdowns. Even with Melvin Gordon performing like an elite RB1, there’s enough work in the backfield for Ekeler to deliver solid standalone fantasy value.

Jarvis Landry scores in loss to the Raiders.
Landry caught four passes for 34 yards, including a two-yard catch in the corner of the end zone for his first touchdown of the year. If there’s someone that is negatively impacted by Baker Mayfield, it’s probably Landry because the No. 1 overall pick doesn’t usually lock onto a target, but he should remain the focal point of the passing attack and has a real shot of reaching his 96/1,248/4 pace through four weeks. It will be fun to see him do battle with a stout Baltimore secondary next Sunday.

Melvin Gordon III plays great in Week 4 victory.
Gordon had 15 carries for 104 yards and seven receptions for 55 yards and a touchdown in the win against the Niners. The touchdown was a go-ahead score on a play where Gordon lined up wide right and got open by the goal line, and it came a couple of plays after Philip Rivers and Gordon were unable to connect on a pass by the goal line on a scramble. Gordon also had a beastly 34-yard run where he made a great cut and broke a couple of tackles and nearly took it to the end zone. Through four games, Gordon is on pace for 216 carries, 1,104 rushing yards, eight rushing touchdowns, 96 receptions, 796 receiving yards, and 12 receiving touchdowns. The star fourth-year back remains a great RB1 for Week 5 against the Raiders.

Darren Fells catches 49-yard touchdown in Week 4 overtime loss.
It was his only reception of the game on an easy catch and run that ended with a “Fusion” celebration from Dragon Ball Z with fellow tight end David Njoku. Fells should continue to make some plays when given the opportunity, but he is a better veteran presence and blocker than fantasy option.
10/1/18 - 01:12 PM ET
David Njoku caught five passes for 52 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Raiders.
Njoku was expected to be more productive with Baker Mayfield replacing Tyrod Taylor as the starting quarter, and Sunday was a solid start. The 2017 first-round pick is on pace for 56 receptions and 484 yards through the first four games of the season, but he should make a bigger impact in future weeks, especially with the running game have so much success. Consider Njoku a backend TE1 for Week 5 against Baltimore.
