Rivers was 25/39 for 250 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the Week 4 win against the Niners, as LA moved to 2-2 on the season. Rivers’ touchdowns were to Antonio Gates, Austin Ekeler, and Melvin Gordon. Through four games, Rivers is on pace for 4,624 yards, 44 touchdowns, and eight interceptions, and he has multiple scores in each game this season. Next week, Rivers faces a Raiders team he’s historically had a lot of success against over the years.

Trent Taylor catches two passes in Niners’ loss.
Taylor gained 12 yards on his two receptions (three targets) against the Chargers. Taylor is on pace for 36 receptions for 256 yards this season, so he’s off the fantasy radar.

Kyle Juszczyk catches two passes in Week 4.
Juszczyk gained 15 yards on his two reception against the Chargers. Juszczyk is a real-life contributor but is difficult to trust in fantasy lineups.

Kendrick Bourne scores against the Chargers.
Bourne was targeted four times in C.J. Beathard’s first start of the season, catching three passes for 34 yards and a touchdown. The score was on a play-action pass in the red zone, making it Bourne’s second touchdown of the season in the red area. Bourne is not yet a fantasy option, but he received some hype during the summer and is someone to keep an eye on.

Antonio Callaway caught three passes for 54 yards in Sunday’s loss to Oakland.
Callaway was able to get loose for a 59-yard catch, but he was contained besides that. The talented rookie is averaging 15.5 yards per reception with one month of the season in the books, and he will probably become a bigger weekly factor as the season progresses. That said, he gets a tough draw next Sunday against the Ravens, so it’s probably best to look elsewhere for fantasy owners.
10/1/18 - 01:04 PM ET
Pierre Garcon catches four passes in Week 4.
Garcon gained 52 yards on his four receptions (seven targets) against the Chargers. The veteran receiver is on pace for 44 receptions, 564 yards, and no touchdowns through four games, but he’ll look to up all those totals (particularly receptions and yardage) moving forward. Garcon doesn’t need to be owned in fantasy leagues right now, though.

Rashard Higgins leads team in receiving as Browns fall to the Raiders in overtime.
Higgins caught four passes for 61 yards in a 45-42 loss, as Baker Mayfield spread the ball around on 41 attempts. At the quarter mark of the season, Higgins is on pace for 52 receptions and 712 yards, and it’s definitely not unrealistic for him to reach those numbers as a starter on an improving offense. Still, there are probably higher-upside options for Week 5 with a trip to Baltimore on deck.
