The X-rays yesterday were negative, and NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reports that further testing “didn’t reveal any major issues.” Obviously, Tua was in pain yesterday and was limited in motion while getting carted to the locker room, but it sounds like he might have a shot to play in Week 3. Overall, Tagovailoa can probably be considered week-to-week, and we’ll see if he can practice this week and how he’s listed on the final injury report for Week 3 when it’s out on Friday.

Laviska Shenault is dealing with a shoulder injury.
Shenault is set to get an MRI tomorrow to determine the extent of the injury, so we should get a timeline tomorrow if the second-year receiver is set to miss any time. Shenault had two catches for -3 yards in today’s loss to the Broncos.

Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) has returned for the 49ers.
With JaMycal Hasty (ankle) and Trey Sermon (head) both out, Mitchell is now back in the game late in the fourth quarter. There hasn’t been a ton of room to run against the Eagles today, but the defense has softened up some late.

Trey Sermon leaves game with injury.
Sermon finally got a carry late in the fourth quarter and he had a nice eight-yard run, but he took an illegal hit to the head/neck area and was on the ground for a bit. He was able to walk off the field under his own power, but he’s now getting looked at. Hopefully it’s not too serious, but anything with the neck area is obviously concerning.

Carson Wentz suffers apparent lower-leg injury.
Wentz had his right ankle/foot twisted very badly in the fourth quarter against the Rams, and you could see that he appears pretty upset and frustrated on the sidelines while trying to walk it off. Jacob Eason is currently getting lose for the Colts in a 24-24 tie with several minutes to go in regulation.

UPDATE: It is a rib injury for Darrell Henderson Jr.
Henderson is still getting checked out in the locker room and is officially questionable to return for today’s Week 2 matchup against the Colts. Sony Michel is taking over the backfield work with Henderson out.

Elijah Mitchell (shoulder) is questionable to return for the 49ers.
Mitchell was likely injured on a goal line carry where he took a bit hit and came up just short while lunging for the end zone. There hasn’t been much room for Mitchell to run against a stout Eagles front today, and JaMycal Hasty has been the clear No. 2 runner ahead of rookie Trey Sermon.
