Ertz caught both passes, going 24 yards in limited action. Ertz had another consistent regular season for the Eagles, catching 74 passes for 824 yards and eight touchdowns in 14 games, as he and Carson Wentz had a great connection by the red zone. Ertz will now play in the postseason for the first time since his rookie year.

T.J. Yates, Texans fall to 4-12 with 22-13 loss against the Colts.
Yates was 14/24 for 137 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception. He also rushed once for nine yards. The 30-year-old finishes the season by completing 48.5% of his passes for 523 yards and a 4:3 touchdown-interception ratio in four games with the Texans. He will look to earn a backup role in 2018.

Hunter Sharp scores first career touchdown in win over the Redskins.
Sharp caught three passes for 29 yards, including a 16-yard score. The 23-year-old finishes the year with five receptions for 54 yards and one touchdown. He probably won’t be a fantasy option next year.

Travis Rudolph catches 29-yard pass in win over the Redskins.
It was his only reception of the game. The undrafted rookie finishes the year with eight catches for 101 yards in seven appearances. He will look to earn a roster spot in New York or elsewhere next summer, but Rudolph is unlikely to turn into a fantasy contributor in 2018.

Rhett Ellison leads team in receiving as Giants pickup third win of the season.
Ellison caught five passes for 63 yards in the 18-10 victory. Mostly used as a blocker, Ellison finishes the season with 24 receptions for 235 yards and two touchdowns. He won’t be a fantasy option in 2018.

Mack Hollins gets five targets against Dallas.
Hollins caught three passes for 25 yards in the regular season finale. His regular season ends with 16 receptions for 226 yards and one touchdown, and he’ll mix in on offense while contributing on special teams in the postseason.

Barner had one carry for -2 yards and one reception for 14 yards. The returner that’ll mix in on offense will look to make some big plays in the postseason.
