Charles Clay | Free Agent TE

Charles Clay caught four passes or 37 yards in Sunday’s loss to New England.

Clay has still remained without a touchdown since returning from his knee injury, and that was seven weeks ago. He will look to return to the end zone next Sunday against the Dolphins, but he won’t be much more than a TE2 option in the fantasy championship.

Kelvin Benjamin | Free Agent TE

Kelvin Benjamin caught five passes for 70 yards against the Patriots.

Benjamin won some battles against Stephon Gilmore on the perimeter, but it wasn’t enough to avoid an eventual blowout. KB could see a lot of the lanky Cordrea Tankersley in Week 17 with the Bills fighting for a playoff spot, but he should be a FLEX option against the Dolphins.

Tyler Higbee | Rams TE

Tyler Higbee catches two passes in Rams’ win.

Higbee gained 15 yards on his two receptions, and he had a spectacular catch where he laid out after twisting his body in mid-air to come down with hit. Higbee isn’t a fantasy option, but it’s good to see him make plays like that.

12/25/17 - 01:58 PM ET

Sammy Watkins | Free Agent WR

Sammy Watkins scores on Christmas Eve.

Watkins continues to be a very productive player in the red zone for the Rams, as he caught another touchdown on a quick slant route at the goal line in LA’s close win against the Titans. Watkins now has a touchdown in six of his last eight games, and he faces a 49ers team that he had his best game of the season against all the way back in Week 3. The talented receiver is a solid option in fantasy lineups for Week 17.

12/25/17 - 01:57 PM ET

Deonte Thompson | Jets WR

Deonte Thompson leads team in receiving as Bills fall to Patriots.

Thompson caught four passes for 91 yards, including a 46-yarder on a nice route against Malcolm Butler to get deep. Unfortunately, Buffalo couldn’t keep up with New England in the second half, and they lost 37-16 to put a dent in their playoff chances. A win next week gives them a decent chance, though, and Thompson should be a top target for Tyrod Taylor again. Still, he’s not much more than a weak FLEX against Miami.

12/25/17 - 01:57 PM ET

Robert Woods | Steelers WR

Robert Woods gets eight targets versus Tennessee.

Woods’ eight targets were second on the team to Todd Gurley (13 targets), but he didn’t have a huge game, catching three passes for 33 yards. However, he still made some key catches and will continue to be a reliable guy for Jared Goff throughout next week and into the playoffs.

12/25/17 - 01:55 PM ET

LeSean McCoy | Retired RB

LeSean McCoy goes for 70 yards as both a runner and receiver in Week 16 loss.

McCoy rushed 17 times for 71 yards and caught five passes for 76 yards. The Pro Bowl back has 276 carries and 57 receptions on the season, and he will look to finish strong in Week 17 against the Dolphins and hope it leads to a wild-card spot in the AFC. Consider him a low-end RB2.
