Join now >Chris Thompson gets eight touches versus Seattle.
Thompson carried four times for 20 yards and caught four passes for 11 yards. The Seahawks did a good job of limiting the running backs of the Redskins, and that included Thompson. Through eight games, Thompson is leading his team in both rushing and receiving, and he’s on pace for 102 carries, 502 rushing yards, four rushing touchdowns, 70 receptions, 906 receiving yards, and six receiving touchdowns. Minnesota will likely try to limit him next week, but Thompson remains an RB2/FLEX option.

Lamar Miller totals 91 yards on 13 touches in loss to the Colts.
Miller rushed 10 times for 57 yards and caught three passes for 34 yards. He was out-carried by rookie D’Onta Foreman, but Foreman could only gain 37 yards on 11 attempts. Houston probably should have ran it more than they did, as Tom Savage completed 19 of 44 passes and the game was never out of reach, but Miller is probably going to be hurt by Deshaun Watson’s absence for the rest of 2017. He gets a good matchup against the Rams next Sunday, but Miller is probably more of an RB2 than RB1.
11/6/17 - 11:34 AM ET
Larry Fitzgerald caught five passes for 70 yards in Sunday’s win over the 49ers.
Fitzgerald was the only player with more than two receptions in Week 9, as Arizona fed Adrian Peterson with 37 carries in a 20-10 win. The formula should remain the same against Seattle on Thursday night, but Carson Palmer’s absence will continue to hurt Fitzgerald’s floor and upside. Through eight games, the future Hall of Fame receiver is on pace for 100 catches for 1,128 yards and six touchdowns.

Mack Hollins gets one target in Week 9.
The rookie receiver caught the target, gaining eight yards against the Broncos. He’s more of a dynasty league option for now.

All Day: Adrian Peterson logs career-high 37 carries in win over the 49ers.
Peterson rushed 37 times for 159 yards and caught two passes for eight yards. He also lost a fumble, but the biggest takeaway is that the Cardinals are going to feed the 32-year-old with Carson Palmer out of the lineup—but he looks ready for it. AD is probably loving the workload he’s getting, and despite the short week, we’d expect him to be ready for more of the same against the Seahawks on Thursday night. He looks like an every-week RB1, though Seattle is definitely a difficult matchup.
11/6/17 - 01:41 PM ET
Torrey Smith catches one pass in Week 9.
Smith gained 11 yards on his lone reception versus Denver. He actually appeared to get more snaps than Nelson Agholor in the game, which is a bit of a head-scratcher, but Smith is not a reliable fantasy option right now.
11/6/17 - 11:31 AM ET
Kirk Cousins plays tough as Redskins beat the Seahawks in Seattle.
Cousins didn’t throw any touchdowns in the victory, but Cousins hung in there and helped lead the team to a big win. He was 21/31 for 247 yards while taking six sacks in the game, including both a fumble and a safety. Cousins was great in the face of pressure, delivering some strikes while taking some huge hits from the Seahawks. The game-winning score was set up by a great deep throw and a great diving 38-yard catch by Josh Doctson, who was down at the one-yard line. Things will remain tough against Minnesota’s stingy defense in Week 10. Through eight games, Cousins is on pace for 4,294 yards, 26 touchdowns, and eight interceptions while completing 67.9% of his passes. Keep in mind, this is with a revamped supporting cast while tight end Jordan Reed has been banged up all season.
