Devin Funchess | Free Agent TE

Devin Funchess gets seven targets versus Atlanta.

With Kelvin Benjamin now in Buffalo, this was Funchess’ first game of the season as the number one receiver for the Panthers. He caught five passes for 86 yards, with a long of 33 yards, as he continues to show he’s developing into a very good receiver in the NFL. Funchess gets the Dolphins on Monday night in Week 10, and he should be a solid fantasy option with a high floor.

Nick Boyle | Free Agent TE

Nick Boyle (toe) is questionable for Week 9.

Boyle will be a game-time decision, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said. Baltimore could use him in what should be a close game against the Titans, but Boyle isn’t a recommended fantasy option if he’s active.

Marqise Lee | Free Agent WR

Marqise Lee gets 12 targets against the Bengals.

Lee caught eight passes for 75 yards and a touchdown in Jacksonville’s Week 9 victory. The touchdown came on a slant route to cap a 96-yard drive and was Lee’s first of the season. This makes three-straight weeks with at least 70 yards for the fourth-year receiver, and he’s on pace for 64 receptions, 876 yards, and two touchdowns this season—which would all be career highs. Next week against the Chargers isn’t an easy matchup, but Lee is getting a good amount of looks right now.

Brent Celek | Retired TE

Brent Celek catches three of four targets against the Broncos.

With Zach Ertz (hamstring) inactive, the veteran tight end got his most extensive work of the season in Week 9, gaining 39 yards on his three receptions. Celek shows he still has it, and he’s a valuable player that shows the depth of the Eagles at tight end. However, he’s doesn’t need to be on fantasy rosters at the moment.

11/6/17 - 11:27 AM ET

Russell Shepard | Retired WR

Russell Shepard sees just one touch in Week 9 win.

It was an 11-yard carry. Rookie Curtis Samuel looks like the biggest beneficiary of the Kelvin Benjamin trade, but even he had just four touches on a day where Cam Newton completed just 13 passes. Shepard should remain on the waiver wire.

11/6/17 - 01:33 PM ET

Taiwan Jones | Bills RB

Taiwan Jones is out for the season with a broken arm.

Jones was not getting much work on offense, but he was a key special teams player for the Bills, so this is a big loss for a playoff-contending team. The 29-year-old running back had one carry for 11 yards this season, and his contract is up after the year. He should get interest somewhere, if not from Buffalo, and be back on the field in 2018.

11/3/17 - 01:10 PM ET

Adam Humphries | Free Agent WR

Adam Humphries caught two passes for 14 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Saints.

Tampa Bay only threw for 135 yards in a 30-10 defeat, and they’ve now dropped to 2-6 on the season. Humphries isn’t a fantasy option heading into a matchup with the Jets.
