Jeremy Hill | Free Agent RB

Jeremy Hill carries four times against Indy.

Hill gained 11 yards on his four carries and clearly does not have a big role with the Bengals right now. It’s possible he’s hoping to get traded before Tuesday’s deadline.

Jay Cutler | Free Agent QB

Jay Cutler is expected to be ready for Week 9, according to Adam Schefter.

Schefter has had some misses as of late, but Cutler probably would be ready to play after a two-week rest for his cracked ribs suffered in last Sunday’s game against the Jets. The Miami Herald’s Armando Salguero says Cutler tried to get back in the game on Sunday and believes he’ll be ready for Week 9—but it might come down to how well Matt Moore plays tonight versus Baltimore (though Salguero says Cutler will be the starter when 100%). Cutler is an underrated and unfairly criticized quarterback, but the team might opt to stick with Moore if the offense is playing great with him under center. We’ll see later tonight how the Dolphins do on offense.

Dez Bryant | Free Agent WR

Dez Bryant caught seven passes for 63 yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s win over the 49ers.

Fantasy owners were probably lucky that he scored, as it came in the fourth quarter with the Cowboys up 33-3. Dez will potentially do battle with Josh Norman next week, but the Redskins could be without their star corner again because of his broken ribs. We have a feeling he will do his best to get cleared, which would downgrade Bryant to a WR2.

Michael Floyd | Free Agent WR

Michael Floyd (hamstring) did not practice today.

Floyd left Sunday’s win over the Packers with the injury, and he’s questionable at best for this week. Hopefully he’s able to get back out there tomorrow or Friday.

10/18/17 - 04:53 PM ET

Austin Seferian-Jenkins | Free Agent TE

Austin Seferian-Jenkins caught five passes for 28 yards in Sunday’s loss to the Falcons.

ASJ’s touchdown streak is snapped at three games, but the heavy rain didn’t help him against Atlanta. It was encouraging to see him still heavily involved with another five receptions, though, which is great for PPR owners. Seferian-Jenkins will be more of a low-end TE1 option against the Bills on Thursday night. He was suspended when the Jets played Buffalo in the season opener.

10/30/17 - 10:48 AM ET

Sterling Shepard | Buccaneers WR

Sterling Shepard (ankle) was limited in practice today.

After missing all last week while dealing with his ankle issue, the second-year receiver is off to a good start to the week. He’ll probably be out there against Seattle, but check back in throughout the week.

10/18/17 - 03:45 PM ET

Ted Ginn Jr. | Retired WR

Ted Ginn has big day in Week 7 win.

Ginn caught seven passes for 141 yards, as he consistently picked up chunk yardage against the Packers. The veteran speedster may have also benefitted from Willie Snead (hamstring) sitting, but Sunday’s performance should give him more weekly looks. Still, the nature of his game makes him a volatile FLEX option against Chicago next Sunday.
