This isn't very concerning. Rolled ankles happen. He might miss a couple days, or more if they want to be cautious with it.

Mike Gillislee "would appear to have the inside track" on the Patriots' starting running back job, according to the Boston Globe.
The Patriots signed Gillislee away from Buffalo as a restricted free agent. Gillislee actually led the NFL in yards per carry (5.7) on 101 carries with the Bills last season, and he also had eight touchdowns. There's been talk of Gillislee filling the role left by LeGarrette Blount, but Rex Burkhead (and maybe to a lesser extent some of the other guys like Dion Lewis and James White) will also have a role with the team. It's still too early to tell which of the Patriots running backs will have the most fantasy value this season, but they'll all be contributors to a great offense.

Bears quarterback Mike Glennon says he's been very impressed with receiver Cameron Meredith.
Glennon said he thinks he's going to have a "big year." Meredith showed major flashes last season while breaking out for 66 receptions and 888 yards. The Bears brought in Markus Wheaton and Kendall Wright this offseason, but Meredith should be a starter for the Bears.

Ravens receiver Michael Campanaro has a toe injury.
Head coach John Harbaugh says it's not too serious, but will be out "a little while." The hope is for him to be healthy by training camp at the latest. Campanaro has been a contributor when on the field, but he's struggled with injuries. Campanaro is likely to make the team, but he's going to have to battle for it.

Nelson Agholor “played fast and caught everything thrown his way” at OTAs on Tuesday.
Agholor is a hard worker that has the mindset of getting better every day. He’s facing competition for playing time, but Agholor says his focus is being “one of the best players on this team” and someone that pops out on tape as someone that the teams will say they “need.” Agholor has a ton of ability and he obviously was not in the right mindset last season, trying way too hard and getting inside his own head. He’s been counted out by media and fans, but that could turn out to be a mistake. Agholor should be considered a favorite to start on the outside opposite Alshon Jeffery this season, and he could deliver some fantasy value in his third season.

Jordan Matthews (knee) has missed the last few Eagles' OTA sessions.
Matthews has knee tendinitis and missed OTAs last week, and he's still out today. Matthews has been speculated as a trade candidate entering a contract season, so some may think he's going to get traded, but he likely just has knee tendinitis and is missing some time. Matthews is expected to be the Eagles' slot receiver again this season.

New Jets offensive coordinator John Morton said the team will use a running-back-by-committee this season.
Both Matt Forte and Bilal Powell are in the Jets' backfield, and they are both very capable players. Morton said the gameplan will vary from week to week, but both players should get time each week. Forte and Powell both performed well last season, but Powell is likely to emerge as the leader of the committee because he showed more juice when on the field last season. They should both be drafted, and they both might be able to carry fantasy value this season.
