Andy Dalton leaves after big hit to the head.

Dalton quarterback slid and took an illegal hit right the to head, with his helmet popping off. The cart is coming out for Dalton, and he is almost certainly done for the day. Ben DiNucci will enter the game at quarterback for Dallas. Before leaving, Dalton was 9/19 for 75 yards and an interception along with three carries for 16 yards for a struggling Cowboys offense.

Russell Gage (knee) has returned for the Falcons.

Gage is back in there to start the second half for Atlanta, so it’s good to see his knee injury isn’t too serious.

Justin Jackson (knee) is officially active for Week 7.

Jackson practiced fully on Friday and will be out there against the Jaguars despite Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn indicating he would be a potential game-time decision. Jackson will split the backfield with rookie Joshua Kelley, but there’s some risk if he’s slightly limited because of the knee.

Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) will not return to today’s game.

After initially being called questionable to return, Beckham’s day is now done. Beckham did not have any receptions before leaving the game. Now we have to hope this isn’t a long-term injury for the Pro Bowl receiver.

Odell Beckham Jr. (knee) is officially questionable to return for the Browns.

If this was a serious knee injury, Beckham likely would have been ruled out immediately, so this is probably a good sign. It’s still the first quarter, so there’s plenty of time to return against the Bengals.

Russell Gage (knee) is questionable to truth for the Falcons.

It’s probably a pretty good sign that Gage hasn’t been immediately ruled out with his knee issue. Hopefully he can return to today’s game soon.

Odell Beckham Jr. was taken to the locker room.

Beckham was trying to make a play on an interception and appeared to hurt his knee/leg. He was on the ground for a bit and was taken to the locker room. Hopefully this isn’t too serious, but we’ll update you when more information becomes available on OBJ’s status.
