After missing the past two games with knee and hamstring issues, Ruggs is officially back in the lineup for the Raiders. The first-round rookie receiver is an interesting pickup if he happens to be available in your league.

Broncos-Patriots has been postponed to Week 6.
The NFL had to get creative with the schedule to fix the schedule, but you can just know Denver and New England have their bye this week. This is probably good news for the short term so fantasy owners can get everyone out of lineups, but the league obviously needs to get things under control.

Joe Mixon (shin) is officially active for Week 5.
While Mixon was listed as questionable entering the weekend, there was little doubt the star running back would play despite this minor shin issue. Mixon is coming off an exceptional three-touchdown performance last Sunday.

Julio Jones (hamstring) is officially inactive for Week 5.
Jones did not practice all week despite a questionable tag on Friday, so this was expected. The Falcons will look to get by the Panthers and get on the board for their first win of the season today while Jones heals up and hopefully gets in position to play next week.

The Titans have closed their facility after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
Two days of negative tests seem to have Tennessee on track to play on Tuesday night, but now that is in question because of how much trouble they’ve had with the outbreak. However, this could easily be a false positive, and if not, social distancing measures would hopefully prevent it from spreading to others in the organization.

The Patriots had one positive COVID-19 test this morning, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
We would think New England having all negatives the rest of the day and then all negatives tomorrow would mean Monday’s game is still on, but it’s impossible to know—and stars Cam Newton and Stephon Gilmore already testing positive is another factor. There is also a chance today’s positive is a false positive (as we just saw with the Jets).

The NFL is shutting down the Patriots’ facility today, according to ESPN.
It’s unclear exactly why New England is having another shutdown, but hopefully it’s just put of caution and the game tomorrow versus Denver can go on as scheduled. That said, fantasy owners may want to lean towards players in the Sunday slate for any close lineup decisions.
