Join now >Leonard Fournette (ankle) has been ruled out for Week 4.
This was expected after Fournette missed the first two days of practice this week and Bruce Arians expressed pessimism regarding his status this Sunday. Ronald Jones will be the clear top runner for the Bucs against the Chargers, with LeSean McCoy again mixing in on mainly on passing downs.

Noah Fant’s ankle injury is considered “minor”, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Fant was able to walk off the field under his own power, and we didn’t even notice that he had left the game because he didn’t limp badly or lay on the turf until trainers came, so this was the expectation. Fant probably has a pretty good chance to be ready for Week 5 against the Patriots with about ten days to rest.

Noah Fant (ankle) has been ruled out for the rest of tonight.
We’re in the fourth quarter, but it’s a one possession game, so not ideal that Fant is done for the night. Hopefully the mini bye week allows Fant time to recover for Week 5, but more information on his status should become available in the coming hours and days.

Noah Fant gets carted to the locker room.
Fant took a hit to the leg area on a reception deep in Jets territory, and he’s officially being called questionable to return with an ankle injury. Hopefully Fant is just being carted to the locker room as a precaution, as he was able to get off the field under his own power.

K.J. Hamler (hamstring) is out for the rest of tonight.
Hamler dealt with a hamstring issue throughout the summer and to start the season, so this isn’t good to hear. Hamler didn’t have any receptions before leaving for the Broncos.
10/1/20 - 10:15 PM ET
Lawrence Cager (hamstring) is doubtful to return for the Jets.
Cager didn’t have any receptions before leaving, but he was getting a good amount of playing time on offense. Hopefully the rookie receiver’s hamstring injury isn’t quite as bad as it looks, but he could be looking at an extended absence.
10/1/20 - 09:33 PM ET
Sam Darnold (shoulder) has returned for the Jets.
This is a pleasant surprise. After Darnold went to the locker room in obvious pain, it appears he may have gotten a quick X-ray that checked out fine. He’s back in the game for Joe Flacco in middle of a second-quarter series after missing several plays.
