Join now >John Ross has been added to the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Ross joins Kadarius Toney among Giants receivers to test positive for the virus in recent days. Hopefully Ross is able to get cleared and rejoin his teammates soon.

The Ravens are signing Josh Johnson.
Johnson was on the Jets practice squad and saw action for them this season, but Baltimore is adding him to the active roster with Lamar Jackson (ankle) hurting. Johnson is a veteran with experience, so he’s as strong fit in case he’s thrust into action for the Ravens.

Baker Mayfield has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Browns have been hit extremely hard by COVID, with Mayfield and head coach Kevin Stefanski both joining a long list of players/staff over the past few days. Mayfield now needs two negative tests 24 hours apart to get cleared for Saturday against the Raiders, which might be a challenge considering it’s already Wednesday. There are no indications the Week 15 game will be postponed.

The Buccaneers are signing Kenjon Barner to the practice squad.
With Giovani Bernard (hip/knee) on injured reserve, Barner is solid depth for the running back room in Tampa Bay. Barner has plus third-down ability and can contribute on special teams if he gets the call up to the active roster.

The Chargers activated Keenan Allen from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Allen missed last week while on the COVID list, but he’ll be back for Thursday’s Week 15 matchup against the Chiefs. You can reinsert Allen into fantasy lineups for the first week of the fantasy playoffs.

The Buccaneers placed Giovani Bernard (hip/knee) on injured reserve.
Bernard will now miss at least three games while on injured reserve, so the earliest he can return is for Week 18 regular season finale. Hopefully Bernard can heal in time for the start of the postseason next month. Leonard Fournette and Ronald Jones should get a slight increase in playing time with Bernard while Bernard is out.

Tyler Higbee is eligible to play in Week 15.
Higbee had a false positive COVID-19 test that forced him to miss Monday night’s game, and it’s a rare situation—especially considering all the positive tests that hit the league over the past two days. The veteran tight end will be good to play against Seattle this weekend.
