Join now >Emmanuel Sanders (knee) is officially listed as a limited participant in practice.
Today’s practice report is just an estimation for the Broncos, but Sanders being listed as limited is a good sign for his status this Thursday night. Expect Sanders to remain limited again in tomorrow’s practice, but there’s optimism that he’ll be able to go against the Chiefs after leaving yesterday’s game with a knee injury.

Jared Cook (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday.
The Saints went ahead and ruled out Alvin Kamara before the weekend, too, so Teddy Bridgewater is dealing with a depleted supporting cast ahead of a Week 7 matchup with the Bears. Cook didn’t practice this week and should be considered week-to-week for now.

Davante Adams (toe) officially did not practice today.
Adams did not sound optimistic about his chances of playing against the Lions on Monday night, and he’s on the doubtful side of things, with the Packers not wanting to put him out there to make the injury worse, which would likely lead to a very lengthy absence. We’ll update you if Adams can get on the practice field this week, but there’s a chance he’s ruled out on Saturday when the final Week 6 injury report is released.

Alvin Kamara (knee/ankle) has been ruled out for Week 7.
Kamara did not practice all week while dealing with his knee/ankle injury, and it’s not surprising that the Saints ruled him out ahead of the weekend. New Orleans does not want to rush Kamara back in a long season they hope goes into February, and Kamara is thought to be dealing with a high-ankle type of injury. Latavius Murray will start for the Saints and instantly becomes a solid fantasy option at least in the RB2/FLEX mix, even in a tough matchup against the Bears. If Kamara misses more time, Murray would have RB1 upside in future weeks.

Christian Kirk (ankle) is a game-time decision for Sunday.
Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury had said the team will not play Kirk until he’s 100%, so it’s a bit surprising that the Cardinals are going to see if he can play in Week 7 as a game-time decision. We’d say Kirk is probably on the doubtful side of things until he gets a full week of practice in, but hopefully he’s able to suit up against the Giants.

The Raiders released J.J. Nelson.
Nelson had been battling injury the last few weeks, and the Raiders are moving in a different direction at receiver. The speedy 27-year-old should not have any issue finding a new team, and the Buccaneers (with Nelson’s former head coach with the Cardinals, Bruce Arians) could be the perfect landing spot.

David Johnson (ankle) is a game-time decision for Week 7.
Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury calls his star runner a game-time decision, but we fully expect Johnson will suit up on Sunday. Kingsbury did say that if the game were today Johnson would not play, which is worth keeping in mind. However, DJ was able to practice, which indicates there’s a good chance he’ll be active despite a likely questionable tag coming when the official injury report is released soon.
