Join now >Vernon Davis (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 7.
This will be Davis’ third consecutive missed game with his concussion. Hopefully the veteran tight end is feeling better soon, but he does not need to be held on fantasy rosters at the moment.

Matt LaCosse suffered a sprained MCL.
NFL Network’s Mike Giardi says LaCosse is expected to miss at least a few weeks. This helps explain the Patriots bringing veteran tight end Ben Watson back into the mix at the position. Hopefully we see LaCosse back on the field later this season.

Chris Thompson (toe) was officially ruled out for Week 7.
There hasn’t been much word on the extent of the injury Thompson is dealing with, but he had an MRI earlier in the week and did not practice this week, so this was expected. This could mean even more snaps for Adrian Peterson, who had 25 touches last week, against the Niners—though it’ll be a difficult matchup. Consider Thompson week-to-week.

A.J. Green (ankle) was officially limited in today’s practice.
While he won’t play this week, Green is officially back at practice for the first time in 44 days as he nears his 2019 debut. It’s also worth noting that Bengals head coach Zac Taylor made it clear that they are not going to trade the Pro Bowl receiver, which isn’t a surprise. Week 7 against the Jaguars remains a real possibility for Green’s return, and expect him to remain limited in practice tomorrow.

The Bears have officially listed Mitchell Trubisky (left shoulder) as questionable for Week 7.
Trubisky practiced fully all week and is expected to play this Sunday against the Saints, but it’s not a lock. And the Bears do not play until 4:25 PM ET, so you’ll need a backup plan from the later slate of games in mind if you’re planning to use Trubisky in your fantasy lineup this week. Chase Daniel would be set to start his second consecutive game if Trubisky happens to remain out.

Marqise Lee (ankle) is considered week-to-week, according to Ian Rapoport.
Lee left Sunday’s game with the injury, but it’s “minor to moderate,” which is good news. The USC product will likely slide back in as the No. 4 receiver behind D.J. Chark, Dede Westbrook, and Chris Conley when he returns.

David Morgan is having season-ending surgery.
Morgan had arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason and had been on the PUP list, and he was unfortunately unable to hit the field in 2019. We hope to see Morgan back next season, and we wish him luck on his recovery.
