Kirk was just rolled up on badly, and while he initially got up and walked on his own, he had to be helped off the field. Kirk caught three passes for 31 yards before leaving the game. We’ll see if there’s an update on Kirk’s status soon, but it looks like something that could potentially force him to miss an extended period of time.

Mitchell Trubisky (left shoulder) has been ruled out for the rest of today.
Being ruled out so fast obviously indicates Trubisky might be dealing with a serious shoulder injury. Before leaving, Trubisky was 2/3 for nine yards. Chase Daniel is in the game for the Bears and has looked really good, already leading Chicago to a touchdown drive. More information on the extent of Trubisky’s injury should be available in the next couple of days.

Breshad Perriman (hamstring) is out for the rest of today’s game.
Perriman’s hamstring injury is probably pretty bad if he’s been ruled out already in the first quarter. Justin Watson is set to get more time at receiver with Perriman out.

Mitchell Trubisky leaves game with apparent left shoulder injury.
Trubisky was tackled and appeared to have his left shoulder stretch awkwardly. The third-year quarterback was hanging his left arm and was walking with a trainer toward the locker room. Chase Daniel is now in the game for Chicago against Minnesota. We’ll update you as more information becomes available on Trubisky’s status.

Josh Allen (head) did not return for the Bills.
Allen sprinted to the locker room alone while he was being evaluated, but he never returned in Buffalo’s tough 16-10 loss to New England. The Patriots again played elite defense, holding Allen to 13/28 for 153 yards and three interceptions; Allen also had five carries for 26 yards and a touchdown. The second-year quarterback appeared to try to force things in the first half, but he settled down a bit in the second have before his injury. Allen will have to clear concussion protocol before next Sunday’s game against the Titans to start.

Marlon Mack (ankle) did not return for the Colts.
Mack was injured late in the game against the Raiders, so this isn’t surprising. The injury doesn’t appear to serious, so hopefully Mack is ready to go for Week 5 against the Chiefs. Before leaving, Mack carried 11 times for 39 yards.

Marlon Mack (ankle) is questionable to return for the Colts.
This explains why Mack has been out of the game for the last little bit. Mack is standing on the sideline with his helmet on like he might go back in, so the injury doesn’t appear too serious. We’ll let you know if he’s able to return to today’s game.
