Join now >Damien Williams (knee) will not practice today.
It’s only Wednesday, but it’s not a good sign that Williams is still out of practice. Hopefully he’s able to get out there on a limited basis tomorrow, but we’ll keep you updated.

Albert Wilson (hip/calf) is officially listed as questionable for Week 4.
Wilson was limited in practice all week and has a shot to play this Sunday against the Chargers. Ideally, you’ll have a safer option for your Week 4 fantasy lineup, but Wilson’s status will be known by 11:30 AM ET on Sunday.
9/27/19 - 02:39 PM ET
T.Y. Hilton (quad) will not practice today.
Hilton says he’s unsure if he’ll play this Sunday against the Raiders, and we’d say he’s on the doubtful side of things right now. We’ll keep you updated, but don’t expect Hilton to practice tomorrow either. He’d probably do well to be listed as questionable for Week 4.
9/25/19 - 12:17 PM ET
Travis Benjamin (hip) is officially listed as doubtful for Week 4.
As the doubtful designation indicates, Benjamin is unlikely to play this Sunday. However, the Chargers are probably holding out some hope because Mike Williams (back) has already been ruled out for the contest at Miami.

The Patriots are signing Cody Kessler, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Kessler spent the summer with Philadelphia and showed well in limited action, but he’s been without a team until now. This could indicate that New England believes Jarrett Stidham isn’t quite ready as Tom Brady’s backup after a pick-six last week, and we think Kessler—who is still just 26—is one of the best backups in football.

Justin Jackson (calf) has officially been ruled out for Sunday.
Jackson apparently injured his calf in yesterday’s practice, and it’s bad enough that he’s already been ruled out for Week 4 ahead of the weekend. Perhaps this will lead to Melvin Gordon entering the lineup quicker than expected, but it looks like Austin Ekeler could be set for a huge workload versus Miami this Sunday. Jackson should be considered week-to-week.

Russell Shepard has a foot sprain, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Rapoport says this puts Shepard’s Week 4 status in doubt, and we expect he won’t play this Sunday against the Redskins. The Giants have been decimated by injuries on offense this season, and Shepard is also a contributor on special teams. We’ll update you if anything changes, but don’t expect Shepard to practice this week.
