Washington officially activated Logan Thomas’ practice window.

The hope was that Thomas might have been ready to practice after the bye a couple of weeks ago, but the big tight end is now officially practicing and can return for Week 12 if he’s activated by Monday night. If practice goes well over the next few days, there appears to be a pretty good shot for Thomas to play against the Seahawks to conclude the week.

Kareem Hunt (calf) has been designated to return from injured reserve.

Hunt is expected to return on Sunday night against the Ravens, and the team could also get right tackle Jack Conklin (elbow) back this week. Assuming Hunt is in the lineup, he’ll be a low-end RB2/FLEX behind Nick Chubb, and D’Ernest Johnson would likely see very limited work as Demetric Felton also handles some snaps.

The Jaguars have signed Jaydon Mickens.

Mickens started the season as Tampa Bay’s punt returner, and we would guess that’s where he will mostly get his shot in Jacksonville with Jamal Agnew (hip) out for the year.

Zach Wilson (knee) will start in Week 12.

Wilson has been fully cleared from his knee injury, and it happens just in time with Joe Flacco and Mike White landing on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Wilson missed the past five games with his knee injury, and it’ll be good to see the No. 2 overall pick back on the field for the final stretch after he watched from the sideline for a little bit.

The 49ers are signing Devin Funchess to the practice squad.

Funchess was said to be having a solid summer with the Packers before a hamstring injury forced him on injured reserve (which he was then quickly waived from), and he resurfaces with the Niners. The former second-round pick hasn’t played in the regular season since 2019, but he remains an intriguing option on the outside.

The Titans signed Golden Tate to the practice squad.

The veteran receiver finally lands with a team, and he could quickly get called up to the active roster to help out the Titans at a banged-up position. Tate is someone to watch in deeper leagues.

Mike White was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

White and Joe Flacco have both been placed on the COVID list, so hopefully this is just limited to them and doesn’t spread too much throughout the team. Zach Wilson (knee) looks like he might be back in the starting lineup this week for the Jets.
