Join now >The Ravens have selected Notre Dame wide receiver Miles Boykin with the No. 93 pick (third round) in the 2019 NFL Draft.
It didn’t consistently show up on tape, but Boykin is a size-speed freak at six-foot-four, 220 pounds with 4.42 speed and a 43.5-inch vertical. The Ravens are clearly hoping they can bring out some untapped potential for Boykin after he caught just 77 passes for 1,206 yards and 11 touchdown at Notre Dame, so dynasty owners should be patient with him. Baltimore now has a couple of rookie receivers in Marquise Brown and Miles Boykin as they look to build this receiving corps around Lamar Jackson. The Ravens certainly have plenty of speed on offense.

The Patriots have selected Alabama running back Damien Harris with the No. 87 pick (third round) of the 2019 NFL Draft.
Harris was a very productive player with two 1,000-yard years (his sophomore and junior seasons) during his time at Alabama, starting and getting more playing time than Raiders first-round pick Josh Jacobs. And Harris returned for his senior season with the Crimson Tide because he wanted to be a part of the great thing Nick Saban has going for another year—he’ll now join a great thing in New England with Bill Belichick and the Patriots. Harris might have been drafted higher if he left school last season, but he probably doesn’t regret the decision one bit despite going lower than expected, and he’ll now have a nice opportunity at the next level. He has the all-around skill set and playing experience to get a good amount of playing time as a rookie, and he’ll likely be the secondary ball-carrier to Sony Michel in 2019. The Patriots might’ve just felt he was too good of a value to pass up at this point in the draft.

The Texans have selected San Diego State tight end Kahale Warring with the No. 86 pick (third round) of the 2019 NFL Draft.
A former water polo player, Warring is relatively new to football, so the Texans are banking on untapped potential with this pick. He didn’t put up big-time numbers for the Aztecs, but Warring has prototypical size with 4.67 speed, and he obviously won’t be pushed to contribute immediately on an offense centered around DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller.

The Redskins have selected Ohio State wide receiver Terry McLaurin with the No.76 pick ( round) in the 2019 NFL Draft.
McLaurin really helped himself in the pre-draft process by not only testing well with a 4.35 40-yard dash and elite performances in the agility drills, but also by impressing teams with his character. That said, his draft slot might have as much to do with special teams value as it does receiving skills, and McLaurin projects to simply be a solid contributor for an NFL passing attack. He gets to remain with Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins with the Redskins.

The Packers have selected Texas A&M tight end Jace Sternberger with the No.75 pick (third round) in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Sternberger started his college career at Kansas, but he barely played as a redshirt freshman and then transferred to Oklahoma A&M before then moving back to Division I and Texas A&M. In one season with the Aggies, Sternberger caught 48 passes for 832 yards and ten touchdowns, being named an All-American after the great production. Sternberger has the potential to develop into a solid No. 1 tight end for the Packers, but he’s not on the redraft radar for 2019 as things stand today.

The Bills have selected Florida Atlantic running back Devin Singletary with the No. 74 pick (third round) in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Singletary dominated in Conference USA for FAU during his three college seasons, with rushing lines of 151/1,021/12, 301/1,918/32, and 261/1,348/22. The knock on Singletary is his size (five-foot-seven, 203 pounds), but the production is tough to ignore, making him someone to certainly keep an eye on in dynasty leagues in particular. He could force his way onto the field for a decent number of snaps as a rookie, too, but LeSean McCoy and Frank Gore are likely to handle most of the carries in Buffalo. The dynasty-league upside is intriguing.

The Bears have selected Iowa State running back David Montgomery with the No. 73 pick (third round) in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Oakland might be the only franchise to come away with back they will undoubtedly feature from this year’s draft class, but Montgomery has the skillset establish himself as Chicago’s offensive centerpiece and not look back. The college stats are not overly impressive (career 4.7 YPC average), but Montgomery didn’t have much help in front of him at Iowa State—where he still ended up totaling over 3,500 yards and 26 touchdowns in three years. He is also said to be a program-changing individual, so Montgomery will be an easy guy to root for on fantasy teams. He will likely be at least a solid RB2/FLEX option in 2019, but it won’t be surprising if he becomes a near-workhorse for the Bears as a rookie, which could lead to borderline RB1 value.
